Whats wrong with the lady at the front desk? And guys please do not ask for the manager, believe me he is worse !!!! There is billboards and reviews saying they’ll take care of your local business, B.S they’re just there to take your money. I bet all the reviews in here that shows 5 Stars are from family/friends, doesn’t have any good review in months and got 5 good reviews in less than a week !!! Please stop lying or at least learn how to be professional!

My family and I will use Yesco for generations to come! The amount of satisfaction we received was through the roof and we have never been more pleasantly surprised in our life! Definitely a company to stick by that’s for sure!

I recently needed to rent a boom lift so I could cut down a tall tree in sections close to my house. I called 4 different places for prices. All the places were friendly over the phone. Im glad though I happened to see Yesco rented lifts when I was looking on Google. Their price was quite a bit less than the others I called. I always look at reviews when dealing with companies through Google. The reviews I read were mixed but not all bad so I decided to give them a try. All I can say is everyone in the office was nice to me. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone and the lift worked great. So the next time I need to rent equipment I will certainly check with them and as long as I have the same great service and good pricing they will definitely get my business. I will be needing a stump grinder soon and I now know they rent those too.

When I think of a word related to Yesco, I think of the word Superlative: without equal, above all else. Their employees are accommodating and fast, and serve a wide range of tools you can rent, highly recommend.

If you need a rental for a small weekend project, yesco is the place for you. Prices are cheaper than their competitors and the ladies on the phone are very sweet and informative. Great customer service at pick up and drop off.

If I could give negative stars I would!The owner actually just accused a long standing customer of stealing!Owner of a local carpentry business has been renting a walk board for over a year. He called yesco beginning of last month and asked them to come pick up the walk board now that the job he was using it for was completed. The location of this job was less then 8 minutes from Yesco.They wanted to charge him a pick-up fee and after a discussion they agreed to wave the fee.Today he saw a charge for the walk board on his business account. He called Yesco and was told that walk board was never returned. After a lengthily phone conversation Yesco located the walk Board but not before the owner of Yesco accused this local businessman of lying.Now Yesco wants wants to charge for the pick-up from a month ago.Yescos owner is unprofessional and apparently unconcerned about retaining business with local contractors.Beware of doing business with them, they might accuse you of stealing and lying, they may try to charge you for equipment that has already been returned, or they may attempt to charge you for services that they agreed to waive.

Would not recommend this place, call sunbelt or United a lot better staff and management. The very few times Ive used them nothing but issues.

I told them exactly what I would need and wanted to get a quote over the phone but I was told I would have to come into the store to get a price. I guess thats OK if youre the only game in town. I just ended up buying my own everywhere. Not like I had a huge job. Other than that Im sure theyre a great company.

I rented a tractor loader for the weekend. I found that everyone I met (office staff, owner, and forklift operator) were all very courteous and helpful. Did have a hydraulic hose bust on the loader over the weekend (a pretty common occurance on machinery) so I bought a new one (instead of their service man having to come out just for that). When I returned the unit and told them what happened they promptly credited me the amount I spent on the new hose and even offered to allow another days use of it since I lost half a day tracking a replacement hose down.I had never rented from YesCo before but I will certainly rent from them again and recommend them to anyone!
