All Star Steam Clean was really fantastic! They arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. Made the couch look brand new. A week later I had a guest who got a good amount of grease on a couch cushion. Despite my best efforts I could not get it out. They came to the house picked it up, cleaned it and returned it the next day in perfect condition. To top it off Joey didn’t charge me anything. I’m grateful and will be a life long customer.

We used All Star Steam Cleaning to clean the carpets in our home prior to leaving a rental home. Our professional, Joey, was on time, courteous and did an excellent job cleaning all of the dog hair that had been left over from many vacuums. We were scheduled for a 2 hour block and he arrived within 20 mins of the window starting, which was super convenient for us. The price was very reasonable for the service performed.

Hands down the best steam/upholstery cleaner in the PCB area. I use their services twice a year in the spring and fall for the sofas, chairs and area rugs in are vacation rental properties. They do a great job and their prices are competitive. One of our wool rugs didnt clean up to their standards, so they didnt charge. I can’t believe how good the carpets came out. We hired All Star for a rental property we were vacating and he got out rust stains that were there before we moved in! He is methodical and leaves a perfect back and forth pattern that allows you to see how clean everything looks. I couldn’t believe how good the stairs looked. Don’t even bothering shopping around, price is very fair and I can’t imagine anyone beating perfection.

All Star did a great job at a reasonable price. Joey was on time and easy to work with. They cleaned my floor tile, shower tile and tub surround. I can definitely see how the cleaning improved the appearance of my tile and the grout. I have used other companies in the past that did not provide the same level of service or results. Joey did a good job cleaning the tile but did a horrible job trying not to scuff my baseboards. Every room he did he scuffed up the baseboards, in the two bathrooms and kitchen. The scrubbing machine he used got to close to the baseboards and peeled off the paint! All the way down to the wood that you can see the grain of the wood!! When I told him about this he didnt acknowledge it and just told me to pay my amount I owed him. I would of gave this a 5 star review if my baseboards was still the pretty white that I painted them a week ago. Ill be uploading pictures shortly.UPDATE: Joey reached out to me and tried to make everything right. He offered me a full return or to paint my baseboards. Great customer service! He does value his customers and what they think. Now Ive changed the rating to 5 stars! Thank you for making it right.

All Star cleaned my wood floors after they were installed. They arrived on time, did an incredibly good job getting up scuffs and dust from construction workers and were very careful of the baseboards, walls and furnishings. Previously they had cleaned my tile. I recommend them both for excellent work and a very fair price.

Ive used All Star Steam Cleaning off and on over the past 6 or 7 years, now. Ive also used a couple other businesses in town over the years and they just do not compare to the professionalism and results that this company provides. Joey (owner) is GREAT! He doesnt just show up, clean, and leave. Hell actually explain what hes doing, why hes doing it, and what to expect. He even made the drive to the boonies for us. This is who you want cleaning your carpets/tile!

He was able to get my tile floor looking like new, and my carpets looking great! They are extremely kind and effective. The also only give a while hour window so I can actually do something besides wait around all day. I usually do Stanley Steemer, but they were better!

This was my second time using All Star Steam Cleaning. They did a wonderful job, yet again. Not only does the carpet look wonderful, I am just as impressed with their professionalism and honesty. The original call was to clean an area rug. However, when they arrived I asked them if we could set up another time to do our stairs. He told me that he would be willing to do the stairs today without any extra charge because it would be covered under the minimal charge for the visit. Who does that nowadays? He was again able to accommodate my schedule and take care of the mess.I had both carpets and tile cleaned; cleaned so well that it literally changed the grout color from ick to a light grey.Also - I felt very comfortable with Joey in my house, even with the crazy kids and dog running around. They pre-treat, scrub, and then steam clean. They also applied Scotch guard at my request.Theyre a local company, which I like and the interaction with them during the cleaning was professional and very friendly. They offered me a military discount which, I didnt expect and it was a nice gesture.Once they finished they mopped the tile areas and my stairway.
