Love Allstate as an auto insurance provider! Have been with this agency since moving to Panama City almost 20 years ago. Staff is friendly and professional. Never had issues with communication and they always, and I mean always, get back in touch with you. Its so nice to have personal service even though Allstates automated (1-800 number, app, and website) services are good.

After Hurricane Michael we learned a lot more about insurance than we ever wanted to. One of the things we learned is that we had a very patient and dedicated insurance agent. Jessica was able to be contacted almost immediately after the storm and she answered my million questions along the way. We were relieved to find out our policies were very well written with great coverage in all of areas even though we were paying less than before. We have since switched all of our policies to her agency.
