I lived in Orlando at the Camden, a high end luxury apartment complex for professionals, in what I dubbed the “Studio Penthouse” and moved for a job to Panama City, FL. Currently I live at Arbor Trace @Lynn Haven which feels like home. I live in the Sugar Maple floor plan which has such a massive dining room that I turned into a studio +1. The Plus 1 is the actual bedroom I’ve prepared for guests who come to enjoy the beaches and sharing a bathroom is no issue. The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful built in fireplace. The kitchen has soft close hinges, stone countertops, gray LVT flooring and carpet in the LR and BDr, there is also plenty of storage for food, pots, etc. I have a balcony which over looks one of the lakes and I love it! There is also a small storage closet at one the end of the balcony perfect for my road bike and gear. The grounds here are just beautiful, well maintained and relaxing with walking trails. AT has two lakes and both have working fountains which bring a touch of class to the grounds. Management is great, always helpful and they provide entertainment by inviting food trucks, and having community gatherings and they are open 7 days a week. Food and shopping is also close. I highly recommend Arbor Trace but you might have to get on a wait list...this property is hot!

I love this apartment complex! These are top of the line apartment homes. The employees are wonderful and they have so many different things throughout the month for renters to do.

The Apartments are so So Beautiful, The Office Staff are so very professional & The Maintenance Team ROCKS!!!! When things needs to be fix or replace, they are always on time. I truly appreciate the maintenance gentlemen that came to repair my issues, he was very professional, and he had good quality on what service he provided for me. Everything that I requested, it was done in excellent and professional way, even the outside light for our apartments that my wife requested was repair the same day. The staff and Arbor Trace Apartment is a 5 STAR property!!!!!!!!God bless you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you are looking for a safe environment, large apartment, extraordinary staff and maintenance ... then Arbor Trace Apartments is the place for you. The safety of our children is paramount and a covered bus stop with benches is being built for our children ... just wow. Also, I lived here prior to Hurricane Michael and the staff went way beyond meeting our needs when we had to relocate and then when we were able to return. The staff treats the residents with professionalism and extreme kindness. I am proud to call Arbor Trace my home. 😎

I would like to recognize the maintenance man Donnie. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and does everything with a smile. He is always willing to do anything that is needed without hesitation.

Official write up will take a while. Ill let photos of 4010A speak for themselves for now. This all started on September 25th. To think that the City of Lynn Haven actually inspected and passed these for occupancy would bewilder me if it werent for all the recent news of corruption!

This is a wonderfully managed apartment complex, unlike all others because the staff truly care for and work for their residents. The entire office staff go above and beyond to make the move in process at ease. Shout out to Danielle Resini!! She is such a joyful asset and the Arbor Trace team is lucky to have her!!

We just moved in about a month ago and living here is nothing short of amazing! All of the ladies in the front are wonderful, and easy to work with! Beautiful apartments. Reasonably priced. Maintenance request are completed by the next day. The pool is beautiful. We are enjoying being able to call Arbor Trace, home!

We just moved in, and right away it feels like home! Everyone is so nice! Office girls are really great and always so helpful and friendly! Maintenance staff is right on any problem or concern. Very quick response! Nice and quiet and very clean grounds. Apartments are well appointed and modern; very large rooms make it very comfortable. We hope to be part of this wonderful community for a long time!

Currently living here. We love it! Reasonable rent, spacious open-air rooms and great amenities. Staff is gracious and maintenance requests are handled quickly. And no, Im not a bot or part of the company. Weve been here since December 2017.

Damaged fire exit signs in hallways but after office was notified repeatedly nothing happened. This is pretty much the norm for getting something fixed

Love, love this place! I lived here for 1 year with a roommate in a 2 bedroom overlooking the pond. I would definitely say the water view is worth the wait/money. The staff is super nice and helpful. Maintenance is always speedy! The pool is beautiful. Just a nice, quiet place.The only reason I moved was because I couldnt afford a 1 bedroom by myself.

My husband & I lived here for two years and it was, by far, the best rental experience we have ever experienced. The units are very clean & have plenty of space. Any time I had a maintenance issue, they were there the same day. Chris with maintenance was always polite & helpful. The only reason we left these apartments was to buy a home, otherwise we wouldve continued living there.

Visited here to look at possibly renting an apartment. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

In my humble opinion these rentals are extremely overpriced and underwhelming.

The apartment complex is new, ample sized. Respectfully managed.

Constant noise issues because bad sound insulation between units. Called me demanding I pay an $85 carpet cleaning fee because they lost their records that I paid it before I left and the hurricane messed up three recprd systems.

The apartment itself was beautiful but the tactics used by the company felt shady to me. I asked to see an apartment that was available and they took me on a tour. When I asked how much it was they would not give me a price, but said it could range anywhere from a 1-300 dollar difference for each apartment. I asked how much the apartment she was showing me was, and then she told me it wasnt even the apartment that was available. So just to reiterate...they wouldnt show me an apartment I could move in to..and they wouldnt give me a price. Additionally, to have a washer and dryer it was an extra 60 dollars per month. I noped out of there and rented at Waterstone literally down the street, where I have been very happy, was given an exact price, was able to see an inhabitable apartment, and have a free washer and dryer. The only difference between the two that I have noted is that Arbor Trace has real granite countertops, but I would rather have a washer and dryer. Additionally, my apartment at Waterstone overlooks our natural wetland pond and was available at no extra charge, whereas at Arbor it costs more to have a pond view.

Beautiful but very pricey

Love the apartment but rent goes up annually due to property values but there are constantly pot holes and leaking water in the parking lot. It doesnt add up to me.
