Prior to visiting L V Nails, I had never had a good experience at a nail salon so never kept my nails done. Gina was recommended to me after commenting on a womans elaborate, cute Minnie Mouse nails. Ive been back 2 times and just made 2 more appointments. Obviously, Im pleased with the service and product!

LV Nails and Spa are the hardest working and most considerate people! Everything they do is with the utmost respect and concern for the health, safety and welfare of their customers. Not to mention their talent and creativity with nails is amazing. I searched for 3 years to find a nail salon that could do a good job and not ruin my nails. I have since been with them for 3 years. Please try them out!

My nails look terrible uneven polish looks bad. Toes bleeding. I have pictures but dont see where you can post them. DAWN to busy to take the time to do them right. Sorry It was the one on New Cut

I am literally outside the location right now there are no patrons and only 2 staff members a male and a female. I go in and the female is already addressing me with an attitude and I let that be, she then asks me if I have a mask and I go back to look for my mask in my car and I didnt have it. I go back in and say to her I dont have it can you give me one? She said $1 I said $1 for a mask? She said yes and then she lost my business. Its the principle for me because theres no sign about a mask fee and before the virus if you asked for a mask there was no charge on top of her attitude... Then she locked the door when I left out as if I was going to do something I guess because of my skin color because it was not locked before I walked in and they dont close for over an hour! Piss poor customer service and if you dont want colored peoples business just say that, no need to be nasty and rude.

Im so extremely happy with the creativity with my nails by Sam and Katrina and Gina keep my feet looking and feeling super soft. The also do an amazing job on nails as well. Ive been going to this location since moving from NC to KY and love it. (6 years) They make my experience extremely pleasant and my daughters. They make me laugh and remember their customers by face and name so it feels good. Ive always gotten many compliments when leaving here when people see my toes or nails ❤

Friendly and clean. Decent array of polish/dip powder. Best if you make an appointment, as they get very busy.

Omgggggg! I have been looking for a nail technician who does my nails the way I want them to because Im so picky and I finally found one. Sam is so great and the best Ive had so far. He took his time and did a great job on my nails. Im in love with them and I keep getting compliments! Love him and his work! Thank you Sam!

We have been here several times because its close to our house, but we prefer not to. My kids call it the nail place that hurts because they cut my 9 year old daughters cuticle back too far. Now shes afraid to go there and refuses to do so. The service is very slow and the staff is not super friendly. They pretty much just keep to themselves. One thing that is nice is that they use a vibrating tool when they massage your legs and feet, which feels amazing. But, the last time I was in will be the last time Ill ever go there. The foot spa water scalded my feel because the lady didnt check the temperature, then the man doing my fingernails burnt the crud out of my hands with the wax. They made an excuse that they had been closed the day before and it had just been turned on again. The guy decided the wax hasnt dipped well enough, so I had to stick my hands into it 2 times. My hands were bright red for the rest of the day and night. My nails turned out fine, but the shellac was chipped very badly by the next morning. I felt completely ripped off and it was not only unrelaxing, but also painful and damaged my skin. Never again.

Excellent Fast Friendly service!!! Katrina was my nail tech. She was experienced and professional. I recently moved to the Lyndon area,, and researched all the nail salons close to me. After reading the reviews, I went to LV Nails & Spa and Im so glad I did. Affordable prices and excellent work. Katrina said shed make my gel manicure last for several weeks, its been 2 weeks, and my nails still look great!!!!!

To the person referencing customers writing in their own appointments and answering phones: I do both of the above. I have been going to this salon for 15 plus years and over 10 with the current owners. These people are like family to many of their customers, including me. I’ve seen them through weddings, pregnancies, loss of employees and welcoming new employees. They are always busy, hence why they take appointments. If they had to stop to answer phones or get up to write in appointments, they’d never get anyone’s nails done. Their “family” simply help them make it through a solid booked day.As far as taking appointments over walk-ins, yeah, that’s how that works there and countless other places that provide a service. Car dealerships, hair salons, restaurants and other nail salons all honor appointments with an “appointments take priority” mentality.If you are unsatisfied, there are plenty of other, but subpar, salons that will provide you the service you’re wanting.Oh and to be upset about a customer helping one of the children with a bandaid, do you have no soul? Again, these people are like family, meaning their children (and Lucky) are loved and cared for by every regular customer up there.

Once every two weeks I get my nails done here great costumer relation and well accommodations love this place fair pricing

It was dirty and so messy/unorganized. They were asking customers to help put their upcoming appointments on the calendar, grab office phone, and help their kids get a band0aid. Wait was so backed up and appointments were coming in and trumping people that had been in line for over an hour. Very rude.

Because there is no real ventilation in the salon there is a very strong smell from chemicals in the air.

Slow and not very communicative. Waited for almost 2 hours and after asking was told there were still 3 ppl ahead of me because of the appointments already made. Wish they had made it clear when I walked in.
