I can only imagine what companies pay to use INDECS as an administrator for self-insured plans, and whatever it is, its way too much. I have called 7 times. SEVEN TIMES. in a 3 months period for claims with service dates in November and every single time I call, its the same story. Hasnt been processed. I dont see the back up. Ill resubmit it. Call back in 2-3 weeks There are no supervisors or upper management available. Customer Service supposedly does not have direct access to Claims and can only communicate with them via email............. I work for a Full Service Benefits and COBRA Administrator and I know what is happening here is not right, in fact, its illegal. I will be escalating this.

We have been dealing with issues with Indecs for months now and they are still not correcting billing errors with Quest. This is an absolutely terrible company to work with due to them taking zero initiative to correct an error that was made on their end, which is costing us hundreds of dollars every 45 days. It makes matter even worse when WE are responsible for getting 3 separate companies to work together to fix things and Indecs is one of them.Its 2020, this lack of organization was unacceptable 50 years ago, and is intolerable at best now.
Great and peaceful environment
Worked in collaboration with their Sales and Service Departments and could not be more impressed by the effort they put into their clients network and affordability. Reference based pricing is not easy to navigate, but their office works very diligently around the clock to make the process transparent.
