I had my Note 8 cell phone battery replaced. By scheduling it online, I save $10! Final price was $59, A whole lot better than a new phone! Phone was ready when promised. it took about an hour and Im very pleased.

My experience with Batteries + Bulbs was outstanding. I took my moms iPhone 6 in to have the battery replaced. I cant remember the gentlemans name that helped me but Kudos him. My moms phone is working top notch again.

Fast and knowledgeable service at a fair price to replace a cell phone battery on an older cell phone that was given to me. I didnt even have to know the password! There seems to be a password for anything you want to do these days....thankfully they completed the task without one...which was great, because I didnt know it!!!

Jeremy did a great job. It took less than an hour and the screen looks like it did brand new. I’m glad I didn’t try to fix it myself, it’s worth the extra money. They go through training to be able to fix the phone so it’s not a walk in the park.

I went in to get the broken charging port on my cellphone fixed. They were able to fix it with a simple cleaning, free of charge!

I needed to get a new port for my cell phone because it was not charging. It was Sunday and nothing else was open. They were my last hope. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that it was most likely not the port. They removed lint from the port and never tried to push me for a sale. They did it for free and I walked out with the phone good as new in 2 minutes. They didnt need to do that and it saved me a tone of money.

The representative was courteous, friendly, and efficient. He promised to have repairs completed with in and hour or less. I was very satisfied with the timeliness of the phone repair.

I am not pleased by this service at all. I made an appointment online and went in to fix my device i.e. change a broken screen. When I went in the technician asked me if I could come back tomorrow because he has many other devices he is working on at the moment. I think it would have been good if the technician had called before my appointment to let me know this before having me drive the journey to come to him. I dont like their service and I never got my phone fixed.

Brought my iPhone 6 in because it wouldnt charge (charge port) for new charge port and battery replacement since I didnt want to spend 600 bucks plus for a new smart phone. Gentleman working on phone discovered that it was just lint packed into charging port on phone causing problem & replaced battery in about 15 minutes. Just charged for the battery. I can not tell you how pleased that I am with Batteries -plus service. If your phone, tablet is on the fritz, check with them FIRST like I did to save some BIG bucks !

If I could give NO stars I would, this adventure started off with me taking my daughters Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 in with a cracked screen. The tablet would still turn on, however, you simply couldnt use it due to the screen. This was back in the begining of March. By the beginning of April, I finally got the call that the tablet was fixed, I go into the store to hear bragging about how this was the first tablet that our dear Colby had ever done, cool, awesome. I get the tablet leave the store, only to find a small hairline crack in the LCD screen, AND the tablet was now glitching. So I take the tablet BACK into the store, only to be told that the hairline crack may be a piece of hair, and that they didnt know WHY it would be glitching, that they would take a look at it and repair it, and send it off to have it repaired CORRECTLY. By the end of April I still hadnt heard anything about the tablet so I go BACK into the store to actually speak with Colby and to be told there was nothing he could do, he didnt know why it was glitching, that he Googled and researched all he knew to do, um, well thats cool and all but it was supposed to be sent out, I responded. So from there Colby changed his Ive done all I could do to oh, well if the manager said we will send it off, we will send it off, and that there should only be a 2 to 3 day turn around. Well it is now MID-MAY, and I call and was told by mister Colby himself, that they were unable to it period. I go into the store yesterday to get my tablet and to get my refund, and was told that they had spoken to their corporate office that they could not do anything for me, or my now burned up tablet, and that Samsung wouldnt even be able to fix it. When I called our lovely Colby out on the tablet working when I bought it in, on it also working when they originally called me to pick it up, that it was just glitching, I found that not only did they NOT try to send my tablet out, but he himself had fried the motherboard of a over 300 dollar tablet just poking around with the components, because he had no idea what he was doing, and was the only one working on the tablet. Not only that this 2 to 3 day turn around from them sending it out, ended 3 weeks later, with ME calling to check the status of the tablet. I can give you a refund, well absolutely right youre going to give my money back and if I had my way you would be paying for a tablet too. The store in Lynchburg, Va, I have heard many, many bad things about, so my next step today will be calling corporate MYSELF, as well as reporting the hard working, uncertified, unprofessional manager Terry, and his star employee, Colby. So my suggestion do not take anything of yours to this store to be repaired, either it will not be done correctly, or you will come back with a problem bigger than you originally had!
