Took a laptop in for a repair that should have been 4 weeks. Heard nothing from them about the laptop being fixed so at the 6 week mark I called and after waiting on hold for 1hr hung up and drove 1.5hrs to the store only to find out that they have done nothing with the laptop.
My parents used Geek Squad and it has been nothing but a headache! They brought the computer in and they didnt do what they asked. Then they had to send it away and it took more than 2 weeks to get the computer to the repair centerin Kentucky and its still not fixed. Dont waste your money and support a local computer repair shop!

Geek Squad is the best. We’ve used them for a year and it’s easy to use. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t make you feel stupid even if you’re just confused. I love the appointments.

Took some TVs there for evaluation. Found although geek squad maybe great for computer and other electronic repairs not worth taking TVs.
They recently hooked up a new TV for me. While I could do it with some difficulty I hired the geek squad for minimal $$ and they were quick and effecient.
