There are great people to work with here and everyone is easy going. However, The training here is beyond mediocre here. They give very little knowledge of what to do and throw you in with the wolfs. Plus, The place keeps getting awful clients that hard to work with and have very little flexible schedules. You really need no life to be able work with the schedule they give you.

They are very unprofessional and I will be filing a discrimination complaint they hired me gave me all my paper work did my drug test passed gave me my work email and everything to get my background and say we can move you forward all because It says I have a court date DONT work for this company they don’t give ppl a chance they hire ppl that don’t wanna work rather than ppl like me that would go an extra mile for customers I’m just glad I found a better work from home job you will be hearing from my lawyer see you in court

Ive been working here and its not half bad!

I was denied time off when I requested in advance as soon as I was notified to attend a funeral. I’m very disappointed I will never get to see my friend whom was like a sister to me ever again. I just wanted to pay my respects one last time. Kind of insensitive

Absolutely WONDERFUL people. The receptionists are incredibly nice. Its also a GREAT place to work if you can. The coaches are all very helpful and understanding. Life happens and they understand it.

People are nice but they dont tell you all the truth before signing on with them. Your schedule is set which is good but you cant miss those days or trade days because you have an event. Their attendance policy is very strict. They train you to be cold to ur customers and I am not one to be that way. If you have an active life this isnt the job for you.

Used to work here. Pay is OK, benefits could be better. Constant management changes and strict client requirements. Good job if you dont have much of a personal life or many family or health issues.

They provide jobs to a lot of people and that is good. Is this a great place to work? Answer is yes..if you do your job and do it well. People who work here and post negative comments generally do so because they have a poor work ethic and are generally negative about most everything. Life is what YOU make it.

An amazing place

If I could give 0 stars I would! They called me in for an interview than told me I needed more experience, like they couldve told me that after I put in my app, but instead youre going to make somebody take all those stupid ass test than give me bullshit!! Than had the nerve to ask if I wanted a damn card hell nah ion want no damn card tf.

Ive worked for Startek for over 6 years. In that time Ive seen and had done to me:-People skipped over for promotions without declinations-People fired without warnings or the right amount of write ups-People go MONTHS without coaching-People termed and rehired to reset their tenure and benefits cause it was cheaper-Peoples schedules changed on a dime, even if they were safe or top of stack ranking (which is used to decide schedules)-Lies and Deceit like you wouldnt believe, bold faced lies-An HR department that consistantly doesnt know what theyre doing or how to do it.-Benefit programs that even if youre about to be homeless you can never take a part of.But Ive also seen:-People grow into successful management staffing-People use the training here to great benefits-Caring people reaching out to help-Coaches cry with their agents when their life is too stressful and they needed someone-Coaches bend backwards to try and help an agent who needed it.-Friendships and mentor ships that will last well past Startek.-People learning real life skills that will help them grow and be better forever.Ive been an agent and coach in multiple LoBs. If you know people and arent above playing the game and doing a bit of buttkissing, you can be successful. But if youre looking for a straight forward job that isnt going to have drama and thats going to appreciate you for your tenure and hardwork? Go somewhere else.

I worked as a supervisor here for 2 years and a CSR for 2 years prior... The HR department is something terrible here. The supervisors are young and inexperienced since they have let go of all of the veteran employees and they just list the biggest contract they had at the call center which was Comcast. The current site director is a joke as well... But if you need a job and want to make some good money considering they are always offering overtime due to people coming and going all the time then this is the place for you.

Enjoyable job while I worked there, But mentors were extremely unprofessional. Very immature management. The nightshift mentors (for the training group I was in) were especially bad. Not the type of people I would want to represent my company much less train its new hires.

Its work. They hire periodically, if youre looking.

Low pay, terrible micromanagement. Employees are usually fun to work with but management is poor; especially HR.

The worst place I have ever worked. Get ready to feel like you are back in high school.

Ive had three friends work there your hours are not set or guaranteed your promise of a sign on bonus is with stipulations that they dont bother to mention until after the fact
