Great nail salon. The ladies do a great job polishing and cleaning my nails. I took two stars off because although I do not know the language, I know that some of the ladies comment on my nails and others’ nails. That’s not professional. Keep the comments to yourselves.

Update 7/27/19: This has easily become my regular mail salon. Zoey is AMAZING. If you can dream of the design, they will make it happen. Thanks again Zoey for this awesome design. PND is the best!Today was my very first time coming here...and I will DEFINITELY be back. The salon is intimately sized. It is by appiiappoin only. The staff is very nice and greets you as soon as you walk in. Zoey did my gel nails...she suggested an ombre style and it came out beautiful. My pedicure was also great. Neither service was rushed which why appointment only places are great. Staff was friendly, pricing is on par with other top quality nail salons. Overall a wonderful experience!

Great experience that my sis in law frequents all the time. The only downfall is that she didnt moisturize my feet, but otherwise the experience was great

For the money you pay, every experience coming here should be worth it. I usually come here and my nails are done well. I come here because the techs, the atmosphere and the cleanliness is great. This time not sure what happened but the blame was on the nail polish not being good. Not sure if it was the new technician or the nail polish. Another technician, who knew what I chose ahead of time, pointed out that number line of polish is no good after my nails were done. She knew all along and she let the new tech use it on my nails. I did ask the tech about the polish because I noticed it wasn’t polishing right from the start. The right thing to do was to do it over because I am paying money for a service AND mind you I am choosing to pay a higher price to come to this establishment to do my nails. They did not want to redo it. The guy at the counter didn’t seem to care as long as he got my money. Debating if I should return or look for a cheaper place because I feel a insulted as a customer.

Very clean and very professional. By appointment only which I love! no walkins 5 minutes before your appointment and then youre sitting there waiting a 1/2 hour like the other place I left.

The BEST nail salon Ive ever been to. Usually I switch nail places every year or so...but I have been coming here for 3 years and I wont go anywhere else again! Yuyu is the owner and she is a sweetheart and is knowledgeable on all the latest trends. The place is also very chic, you feel like youre in a cozy upscale NYC salon!
