Terrible terrible terrible customer service on the phone with Teresa which is not only supposed to be the Manager but also the part owner! Why are you being sarcastic with me?! It’s not a stupid question when somebody asks why they are being charged for the items in there own damn car!YOU ARE NOT GOOD AT YOUR JOB AND YOU SHOULD NOT DEAL WITH ANY CUSTOMERS!

I used to work for them and they only paid me for recovering cars. Which these cars were already over looked all the time and make you waste your own money to look for repossessed cars that were already looked.

Ok.so one of the most stressful weeks i ever had, during one of the most stressful years (2020). One thing i learned out of this is to be patient and know unfortunately this is the process for not paying a car note. I did have trouble getting in touch w/ this place from the moment my car was taken. my bank gave me only the #. i started to call right away to let them know I was going to figure this out and not to do anything to my car. By day 5 I finally go the name of this place from my bank and started to call more and google more, website says open at 9am, not great reviews. Between me and my husband calling non stop starting at 9am. We finally reach someone at 1045am, found out they only opened at 1030. At first the frustration and anxiety was high so, the 1st call didnt start off pleasant. Girl was busy w/ calls and i was at work and needed info NOW so i can move forward, but didnt have my vin # on me and I needed to call back. Once i finally had everything, I called back getting a hold of Teresa everything went smooth from that moment. Teresa was very helpful and explained the process, well. She was NO BS but, that is just what I needed. What i realized, they are doing a job for the bank because people like us didnt pay what we promised and i am sure they are dealing w/ a lot of angry people that are not taking fault in getting the car repod. and if you come to that moment and treat the staff w/ respect you will get the same back. So in the end of this process I am grateful I was able to deal w/ Teresa and her straight to the point way. Once I paid, and once the bank notified the yard it went smooth. You only have a window of 12-3 to get your car and they are serious about the time frame. But you will make it work if you want your car back. The yard where your car is kept, as per my husband, is not great, lots of debris on the ground, husband was worried when he pulled car out he would get a flat tire, but ok so far and we have been out of the yard for a night. Staff at yard was pleasant upon arrival. So in the end, I am thankful for Teresa as she was the last person we worked w/ during this embarrassing moment and she somehow put me at ease. So big shout out to her.

Its stressful being in a situation like getting your car taken. I had really bad anxiety with just the thought of how nasty the people might be to me while I’m trying to get my car back. The entire process wasn’t bad at all. Everyone talked to me over the phone in a sweet, calm manner and in person I was surprised to see smiles! The customer service was great. They called me when they got the paperwork and was flexible with the hours I can come get my vehicle. They truly made this experience less stressful for me.

Not the best idea to steal your customers property from they cars, while storage on your yard, as customer service very good, but when I checked my items on the car I find items is missing, why ? You Getting your fee for what .......? So I believe you need to look after your workers, I had 2 items is missing, for sure I signed a paper on the shock time, but when I get my car home and I checked, I found 2 items is missing, but as businesses you should learn how make good secure service, to keep your business name is good, nothing else, thanks

The receptionist was rude, rude, rude! The broad was nasty because I was accidentally pushing the button to talk. She blatantly screamed at me through the intercom. Had to check her real quick. The positive about this is the woman that did help me was super nice and helped me with my needs!! Thanx to her!

This is the must disgusting customer services place that you can encounter in your life. Staring from manager name Theresa rude as she can be, mouthful of all names she can call you to degrade you, as it is whoever end up in their office is not bc we choose to situations in life happen but they just want to take advantage and prolong the process to charge more money. Hopefully the owner hire better staff and teach them better customer service. After payment has been made to the bank it shouldt take that long to release the cars

Personal items miss money and someone removed my fn radio out my truck and no one knows anything terrible business take full inventory of everything and I mean everything file a complaint and if doesnt work take legal action
