Waited on the side of the road for four and a half hours for them to never show up. Ended up limping my vehicle home. Messaged me the first time saying that they would be there in 90 minutes and then said it would be 30 minutes about another four or five times. Whats the point of having roadside assistance with your insurance company if the towing company keeps you on the side of a busy road when your car breaks down. This was for my 20 year old niece at 10:00 at night. I hate to give bad reviews but that was ridiculous!

6 hours never showed up and lied to our road side assistance service USAA.. I am not happy at all. Left my daughter alone waiting in a garage for help.

Literally the best. My car broke down in Tampa and in the same night, within hours he towed it all the way back to Lakeland for a great price! Half of what other companies were offering. I am beyond grateful and happy with the job. Highly recommend!

The name is All Pro for a reason. Chris backs it up with professionalism and focus on the job at hand. Never saw anyone baby my car the way he did being careful and meticulous with every detail. His dispatcher told me he had jobs lined up but despite workload, Chris was there in half the time!He is simply the best at what he does--a top shelf kind of guy!

Gotta say best towing company I have ever used. I am in the delivery business and box trucks are always breaking down. All Pro is always available and there to assist. I had Jason this time around and he was great. Courteous, friendly and very helpful. Definately a huge asset to this company!! Great job as always All Pro!!!!!!

$50 for them to hook up my car, $3/mile (mine was a 3 mile tow) and $7 additional to use my card. There’s an additional charge for everything. On a positive note, the guy who assisted me with the whole process was very nice (I believe his name was Jeff). Other then that, I would never use this company again solely for them being SO overpriced.

Chris exceeded my expectations hands down. He was on time to tow my vehicle for our appointment, loaded my vehicle on the flatbed with impressive speed and was both friendly and professional through the entire process. His towing prices are very reasonable. If you want a hassle free towing experience call Chris.

Had a tire blowout on the Veterans Expressway at midnight Saturday, called All Pro and Jason was there by 12:50. He treated my car like it was his own - very polite, professional, and efficient. I was billed the hookup and the exact miles Google Maps said it was to my destination, no extra fees or anything like that. All Pro is now in my contacts and will be my first call if I ever need another tow.

Chris was amazing! A life saver! Ran over something on I-75 N and my tire blew. I called Geico and of course they were useless but said they would reimburse me. I called so many towards many companies and none were able to help or were too expensive. Finally called All Pro Tow LLC. They arrived within 30 minutes and the price was so affordable! I cannot thank Chris enough! Thank you!

Great service, great price! Chris was very helpful and reliable and the only one that was able to give me a flat rate price over the phone and I call him at 11:30 pm by the way not a lot off people answering the phone at that time! When I first called the operator answered and she was very rude. I called to have my car towed and was told the tow truck will arrive between an hour and a half but received zero phone calls or updates even though they claimed to of called me. The operator I was speaking with blamed me for giving the wrong address even though they chose not to call and confirm. I was very disappointed to find that when I called to reschedule a tow the driver chose to pick a different location after I was told that it would be arriving. If youre looking for friendly and efficient towing I suggest you look elsewhere.

Chris hamliton took this business a pro tow and the 2004 chevy tow truck from robert And Jennifer Johnson and never paid them. And uses there 2 address on some of his addThat are not his. And never will be. And step that was his girlfriend that answer the phone. Beware of themI would never trust them.

I believe it was Chris that I spoke with today (I was a little hysterical) and not only did he calm me down but was able to talk me through the problem saving me time and money. If I ever need emergency service again they will be my first call
