I learned about them from a Groupon. Scheduled the appointment in February- paid a deposit for an august appointment…that they cancelled- and I have not heard from them since or have been able to get my deposit back. Very unprofessional, understaffed- probably a blessing I didn’t go there

My experience was amazing from Brittany at the front desk, who was welcoming, kind and knowledgeable, to Tracy and Dr. Kashlan who performed my procedure. They made sure I was comfortable and worked with incredible professionalism. They really go above and beyond here! I definitely recommend Prime Aesthetica and will be returning!
The doctor is the best. Sure of his knowledge and extremely careful with his practice. He takes his time to be a perfectionist. The nurse who works with him is very confident in every step of the procedure. Left me waiting in the waiting room for 35 minutes after i called there phone and ring there bell 🛎 to then tell me the aesthetics lady wasnt there and i had an appointment very unorganized and irresponsible!! never again
As my significant other entered the facility, what appeared to be three doctors did absolutely nothing to acknowledge or greet her. She waited over one hour with only one other person in the waiting room. It is not like there was a long wait due to numerous patients. Appalling how medical professionals do not assist a patient who is on time for their appointment. All in all, poor experience. Hope the results of the procedure show better than the attitude of the staff.To top it all off, have to love a business that does not accept responsibility for one’s opinion of their experience.
Maida is the best of the best! She is professional, informative, genuine, and thorough. The office and rooms are clean with a relaxing ambiance. I have suffered from hormonal acne for many years and I finally have it under control thanks to Maida who tailors your personal skin type to her professional recommendations. No matter what treatment I get, my skin always come out feeling amazing! I can say with confidence that you will be in great hands with her. I won’t go to anyone else.
I have been doing my treatments here for years and have had a wonderful experience every time! The doctor and staff are always polite and very helpful! The prices are amazing and the old saying of if its too good to be true it is- DOES NOT APPLY to this spa.
Maida was very professional. I received the ultherapy. She did not try to up sell me. Was knowledgeable concerning all of my questions. The front desk was not as friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend the spa and Maida.
Im New to the Tampa area. And have been fortunate to find Prime Aesthetica. The doctor has a fabulous bedside manner. The facility is clean and up beat with a friendly staff. Very pleased!

Gorgeous medi spa! I forget the estheticians name but she was very helpful and absolutely did not push me to buy any products from her, she gave her recommendations and just let me know the price. Great experience
Rude office manager. I made an appointment but could not get in for over a month, so I asked to be put on the cancellation list. I was called at 4:30 one afternoon and told there was an opening the next day at 10 AM. I accepted the appointment but noted I was driving & needed to check my calendar & would call right back. I was told if I didnt accept it immediately they would move onto the next person. I pulled over to call back as I had a conflict & could not get anyone to answer. I called first thing again the next morning, explained the situation & was told I’d be charged a $50 cancellation fee as I was canceling without 24 hour notice. It would be impossible to provide 24 hour notice for an appointment that was offered to me in less than that timeframe. Essentially, they charged the person that canceled first and myself $50 for the same appointment that never occurred. The office manager was particularly rude & condescending. I just cancelled altogether and asked Groupon for a refund. There are thousands of clinics that provide Dysport. Pick another unless you enjoy being spoken to as if you are filth. While I completely understand “policy,” there’s typically a requirement people are aware of your policy and it’s reasonably fair to the consumer. A 24-hour cancellation policy should only apply when you give your customer at least that long of notice.Update: Ghiath Kashlan, the apparent owner, responded below. Unfortunately, the statement is inaccurate. I’ve only ever called twice, once to schedule my initial appointment & once to respond to your staff. I’ve never had any other appointment there. I have never had any other fee or waiver. After the initial experience, I have had no intention to ever be a client. You should be aware not to make false statements in writing, which this is & was made solely to discredit an accurate negative review. Given the amount of complaints deleted from this Facebook page and Google reviews, I would advise you to consider your business practices if only to avoid being reported to the Better Business Bureau &/or consumer protection agency. I have no intention to do over 2 phone calls but other people may in the future. It is clear from your snarky responses to anyone that has anything but positive feedback for you that you do not agree with the tenant ‘the customer is always right.’ You should adjust your practice or continue to lose prospective clients. Your rude responses alone validate my complaints and tarnish your reputation. Apparently, unless reviews provide you praise and clients except your staffs rude treatment, they are always wrong. It would be nice to see one single acknowledgment from you to any of your dissatisfied customers. You work in the service industry, meaning your business’s continued existence is dependent on service to your clients. Apparently, this is something that escapes you.

If you appreciate rude and inconsiderate people this is the place for you. The staff is disrespectful. I purchased a groupon as a gift for my friend. When she arrived they refused her service because a year before she purchased a groupon from her own account. I staff was unapologetic for the error. Myself and friends will never go there again. Sorry, I wasted my money on a gift for my friend to be disrespected.
Let me tell you about my experience with this practice. I bought two separate Groupon’s. These Groupon we’re not the same and not for the same service. First I had to call three separate times and could not reach anyone to schedule a time to come in I was put on hold and told someone would call me back I literally had to message them on Facebook. Finally someone called me to schedule my appointment. It took three times to schedule one appointment to get dysport. When I scheduled my appointment I told them that I had to separate Groupon’s and what I need it there was no problem and I was reassured there would be no problem when I came in. On the day of my appointment, I came in on time and first of all they had to separate places. Of course I sat in the one place for 15 minutes without anyone telling me I was in the wrong place. When I finally figured out I was in the wrong place I went to the other place and was told I could not use both Groupon which again were two completely separate services. I was treated so rudely by Tracy and Mia, over 20 units of Dysport for $63. I had spent a total of $200. Buyer beware!!!!! 40 units of Dysport covers at least two areas. Tracy said at the most, one. That is what it is so cheap. I called 3 top area plastic surgery places to confirm this. I called Groupon and Living Social, siting fraud. I received a refund immediately. Do NOT but this....rip off. Horrible service. Go to Venus, or Premiere. Excellent service.The dr responded to meGhiath Kashlan I spoke to so many ppl it’s you that is confused. Your office is a joke. 40 units for frown lines. Lol. No. Fraud. I called 3 times. Poor service and you obviously are over charging for Dysport. Several ppl confirmed that fact. I had 3 areas done at Premiere for 90 units. So, your practice is fraudulent.Dear Laura.We are sorry you feel that way.You claimed you talked to Heidi in our office.We have no Heidi in our practice.We believe you confused us with somebody else. We reached out to you within hours from your Facebook message. We didn’t receive a call from you as again we have no staff with the name Heidi here.We honor one Groupon for the same service and we make sure this is explained to our clients. We as a merchant have the right to place office policies that are fair and balanced.Again We are not sure who is Heidi who told you otherwise but definitely wish you the best.This is ALL a lie. He is a complete narcissist and liar. I spoke with Tracy and Mia. 90 units did all three areas of my face at Premerie Center in Tampa. Misti is amazing! 230$. Groupon is a great deal!

Prime Aesthetica is a hidden gem with upscale services and very accommodative staff. I enjoyed my experience with Maida. Services are completed with professionalism and kindness. Dr Kashlan is very thorough. I love all the girls here and will be a forever customer.
I will never go back. They block people from writing bad reviews on facebook, but this place is horrible. It looks beautiful with red decor but the equipment is outdated and the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE.

I have been seeing Dr. Kashlan for last 3 years.He and his team are amazing. They really take time with patients.It is a very friendly and welcoming environment.I did join his weight loss program. He developed a plan based on my metabolism and BMI and Dexa fat scan findings. I was able to lose more than 30 ibs over last year while toning my muscles.Results were really amazing. His staff were very knowledgeable and they would focus on dieting with exercise and lifestyle changes.They really helped me emotionally and physically.Cant say enough about this place..
Lady with the annoying accent and fake as teeth has no clue what shes talking about. She asked if I was using any cleansers or topicals and she didnt even know that Murad is a acne cleansing product.I highly do not suggest this place to anyone. Save your time and money.
