I have been taking my car and my wife’s car to willow bend for all my auto repairs for the past year now. The price is reasonable, service is excellent, and the waiting area is always super clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this repair shop for any of your auto repairs if you are in the land o lakes and Wesley chapel area.

They were friendly, welcoming, and even though they were backed up with clients, checked out my car to make sure that there were no safety issues until I could get it in for repair. They went above and beyond my expectations and will definitely be my “go to” for all auto repairs in the future!

Worked with Donnie to rebuild my 1975 MGB over a couple month period. He was great, kept me informed on what was going on and his crew did a great literall rebuild the suspension, brakes, steering, and engine. I now have my dream car that is dependable. Quite a deal from this company to accomplish this.

My husband had a great experience with Willow Bend. He had them replace the starter but the problem ended up being with spillage from battery acid. They figured out the problem and fixed it free of charge. We were happy to find an honest mechanic since at the time we had just moved from NY. Recently when my brakes gave out on my Jeep Patriot, I knew the smartest thing I could do was take it to Willow Bend. They figured out the problem and fixed it for a very fair price that same day! Larry was great and I am relieved to have found an honest and skilled mechanic. I highly recommend.

This place is phenomenal! I highly recommend. I brought my Jeep TJ with several issues... Linda at the front office was nice, kept it real, and was to the point. Our vehicles rear tire needed a patch quickly and I was able to be scheduled and seen promptly. The price was excellent and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I waited onsite as I had no other option. Linda was super friendly and the lobby was clean and comfortable. They even have rolling tables for folks like me that come with laptops to work while waiting. I will look forward to scheduling future services here.

I love this place, I never feel like I’m paying too much for a service. I’ve called around and they are very well priced. Beyond that, they’ve always been kind, professional and reasonably non-judgemental when I forget to get my service done on time. I’ve used them for 4 years since I moved into the area and will continue to use them for all my car maintenance needs as long as I live here. If I have questions they answer them, they are quick and efficient and everything I could want in a mechanic. I’m always confident my car is in good hands with them.

This company is amazing! Called around to get my daughters car in and it completely stopped running. They got the car in fast kept me up to date on what was going on and always answered all my questions I had. They even knew my name just by the number calling in. Very friendly and very reasonable in pricing! I have not had to have a mechanic since moving here and you never know if some place will up charge you or add extra things in that you dont need and that can be scary. But this company is nothing like that!! If you are looking for a place to take your vehicle look no further!! They are wonderful!

My heat shield started coming off while I was on the highway and was dragging on the ground I got off the high way I was over an hour away from home after asking 2 other places to please help and I was turned away I found them I was in and out in less than 30 min and everyone was so nice . My check engine light is intermittent. When tested the light was not on but Donnie the owner told me if it comes on call and bring it in immediately so they can test it again for free. My tires needed rotating and it was half the price of my dealer.

Linda is such a sweet heart. I work at the Pizza Hut next door as a delivery driver and my tire was bubbling and she was so kind helping me out! This was my first time at Willow Bend. My daughter has used them and told me how professional and honest they were so I thought I would try them. First thing is that an oil change for synthetic blend is way less expensive then any other business in the Tampa Bay Area. They checked my suspension completely and found nothing wrong and charged nothing. This is the only place I will take my Ford Explorer for work to be done.

If you are looking for a trustworthy and HONEST auto repair shop, this is the place! We have taken our cars here several times and are always so thankful we did. During our most recent visit we suspected the water line needed to be replaced among a few other things and Willow Bend did as well, but once they started working on the car they realized the water line was fine and the repair that was needed for that issue was something very minor. Larry called me once the work was completed and told me they were able to save us $350 by not needing to replace the water line since it was perfectly fine and the leak was coming from something else. They could have replaced it or even charged us without us knowing there wasnt a problem but thats the difference between Willow Bend Automotive and other auto repair shops, they didnt, and thats why we will continue to come here for all of our auto repair needs. There is a reason why they are rated so high, they are wonderful, honest people and you cant help but share the great experience you have at this place!

Needed the A/C recharged in my 1999 Ford Explorer. They did a awesome job, and the A/C is nice and cold again.

I was referred to Willow Bend Automotive by 3 different people on Facebook when I had to find a new mechanic to work on my 05 PT Cruiser Convertible. My former mechanic worked on it once and said never again. Willow Bend was able to get me in right away and went over the car with a fine toothed comb. What I was told by AAA was a bad starter and possibly an alternator turned out to only be a negative battery cable! WBA could have fleeced me, but they didnt! They are honest and treat you like youre their best friend. I immediately brought my Chevy Blazer in for repairs and my mom brought her beloved Dreamcruiser in the same day. We are happy with the work, the prices and above all, the customer service! GOOD JOB!

And as far as the apology, you have confused me with someone else, the person who spoke with me was sitting at the desk doing nothing else, there was no one and he rudely reminded me that is was 3:45 and he would NOT get to me at ALL that day. Today I had the pleasure to meet the owner of the shop Bob. I had called last week and made an appointment to have my rear brakes replaced and the rotors turned if possible. He asked what the issue was and I stated that I have an intermittent squealing noise. He stated we will check the front and rear brakes. I thought: here we go. He later returned and gave me the news: you have plenty of brakes left. What??? An honest shop? I was told by a Chevy dealership I needed brakes and rotors. Especially, he could have filled his pocket as the owner! But I found an honest shop that obviously has a high level of integrity. Being relatively new to the area and after being taken advantage of .... truly a great shop that possesses professionalism. And did I say honesty? Thank you sir!!!! Highly recommend this shop!!😁

Willow Bend is PHENOMENAL! Great service, fair prices, honest, extraordinary communication. My family and I will never go anywhere else. They have worked on two cars already and both times they exceeded our expectations. Donnie and Larry helped us and are great people. Pep Boys (couple blocks away) did not install my rear brakes properly which caused continuous sporadic grinding noise for months. I brought my vehicle back twice to Pep Boys and both times they didn’t find the problem. First time they thought it was front rotors and graciously replaced them. Second time they claimed rear shocks needed to be replaced and quoted nearly $500. Before spending more money I sought second opinion. I took my vehicle to Willow Bend Automotive (highly recommend!) and Willow Bend Automotive said rear shocks were fine and not leaking and wouldn’t be making sound I described anyway. Willow Bend found Pep Boys did not install pin in caliper which caused grinding noise on rusted rear rotor. They turned it and charged a minimal cost! I almost paid Pep Boys $500 to NOT FIX the original problem that Pep Boys actually caused and I would have had to drop more money to fix the actual problem! Pep Boys had three chances to do it right. Will never return to Pep Boys and unfortunately I bought a lifetime alignment policy with them but I will never return. Willow Bend is now our go-to mechanic for all our cars. So far no problems with my front brakes that Pep Boys installed same time as rear brakes.

Locally owned and operated. It is definitely the place to go for good, honest work done on your car. We take our cars for oil changes and tire rotations as well as major repair work. The turn around time is quick and so much more affordable than bigger chains and dealers. Really nice people with their customers best interest in mind.

I have relied on Cindy and Bob to help us take care of our cars for years. They spend time to figure out the root cause of any problems, give me a full explanation and an estimate of what is needed before doing the work. In a couple instances they referred me back to the dealer for things covered under warranty where I did not even have realized they were covered under warranty. They are 100% honest and helpful.
