This place is not Sams club. Don’t wast your time. 2021 they are closed.

This location is a online warehouse, not a store. Delivered to them and full of trailers and yard trucks. Got me in and out qui8.

Wouldnt spend time waiting in line. Some stuff had been marked up and then put on sale. No savings on some stuff.

Ordered chairs for our shop and they sent to different styles of black chairs. The lady on the phone told me that people couldnt tell the diff I told her its my money and they need to match. So went to the store n returned them didnt accept them cause I bought them online. So I sent the back n they switched them out with the same ones I sent back. So I had to go to the local store and buy them n send all them I ordered online back n now waiting for a refund. After speaking with 20 diff ppl through this process Sams online is messy. I will not order anything from them again online.

Sams club is a great place too shop I dont like that know u dont remove..your items from the shopping cart the cashier forgot too scan up my watermelon so I had too two transactions on my card..the family inn front of me told the cashier that she had scan the same times 3...dont like that so next time i will do self pay....

100% of the time, the cashiers stand and converse with other people ignoring customers, pushing everyone to go to the self checkout. Fire them all, cut the prices and have self checkout for everyone. Their attitudes are horrible. Otherwise, I love the store other than the checkout.

Always a pleasure to shop at Sams Club. They have a great array of items, though mostly in bulk, that are very well priced and definitely of high quality. My wife and I purchase mostly bulk items as the savings are better that way.

Using the Shop n Go app didnt work as I expected, it was the second time that I had used it, but the first time was easy. I was held up at the door because the attendant couldnt clear me with their scanner, she scanned me several times and it didnt take.

Hot dogs were great but we would love for you guys to get some bags

My first time at this location and overall i have to say not impressed by far. Upon my entry i noticed the sanitizing wipes were empty. Joann i think her name was. Once i looked inside the doors to find the associate whom was engaged in a conversation (that i was apparently was interrupting) She informed me that they had to get more. Then she proceeded to continue her conversation as if i the customer didnt matter. So i then had to remove napkins and sanitizer out of my purse to cleanse the basket. Everything was nice and neatly stocked. A lot of the prices were higher than expected. Soda machines in the food court were out of order. Not a good look. You typically know what your getting when you go to a store like this but i have to say again not impressed. I will be shopping at bjs from now on. Sad day Sams Club.

Well, good review but got hooked on the Dove dark chocolate with caramel from the free kiosk sample machine (where you scan your Sams card) but they DONT EVEN CARRY THEM !!!!!

The customer service department was very courtous and helpful with providing me with the necessary information to have my husband tv repaired.

Its a ok sams. Meat Dept normally is not prepared for the customer. The girls in the cell phone Dept are awesome.

Lazy night crew get in 30 minutes early for delivery appointment. They wouldnt start unloading even though no other trucks there . All cause it the morning crews load. I deliver to other Sams Club all the time and most never have an issues unloading me earlier then my appointment time if no other trucks are there.

Inquires about getting heahlights polished. They said they would not do it unless I spent 45.00 for a membership...I carried my business to Blacks tire in lumberton who do this same work and cheaper. never call or go to sams again for anything.
