I called the office Monday. Went to the office on Tuesday to pick up a key for the rental. Saw the house that day and submitted my application. Got a call on Wednesday that I was approved. Went back to the office on Thursday to sign the lease. Moved in on Friday. Couldnt ask for better service. Thank you Century 21!

When there searching for an apartment no one contact me to let me knows whats going on

If you ever have a property that you need managed look somewhere else. They say they will check the property every quarter for maintenance issues. This does not occur at all. My property was destroyed over time due to this place not doing there job. And also if tenant doesnt pay rent will take forever for them to inquire about it. Worst property managers in the area.

The realtor spoke very disparagingly to me and my family. Bad people skills.
