The worst customer service. i ended up calling the district manager to report these issues. went in to quickly grab my item from locker. it was not there. was told had to wait in an extremely long line or have curbside pick up. so when I called in was told it was gonna be awhile that I just needed to come in I explained I was recently released from hospital and was unable to tolerate standing for any length of time. was told i still needed to come in. she never asked my name or anything just hung up. i called back to the store multiple times and spoke with 1 person and she argued with me and refused to let me speak with the store manager. so when I got home I called fayetteville and they were kind enough to supply me with the district managers phone number. refusing to answer your phones does not make the problem go away especially when you know your in the wrong.

I wanted to change (hardware) door locks, handles and hinges to silver tones. After selecting locks we needed it keyed to our other locks. We were told that guy that did rekeying was off work already. Thankfully, Thomas said I’m still here what do you need. Thomas is the only one in Lowe’s that can rekey he explained, give me a minute and I will. He is awesome, valuable employee Kwick-set and Sledge keys are not typically, interchangeable but he worked his magic. Great personality people person that is up for challenge. Very satisfied!

My husband & I shop at Lumberton Lowes purely out of convenience but to be honest Whenever we have time we much rather travel to Hope Mills or the Fayetteville Lowes. The customer service at the Lumberton Lowes has gotta be the worst. This one instance on 8/30/2021 was awful. First, its odd but upon entering the store I noticed this one particular employee A tall young man- standing at one of the end of the aisles (he appeared to be texting on his phone) and I had no idea THIS would be the person who would ruin our shopping experience. I should also mention we had been back &forth to buy paint each day of the week. So werent expecting any hiccups, it was almost a routine feeling. We went straight to the paint desk to get the color (Linwood sands) mixed. The young lady at the desk was already busy helping someone & so we stood & waited patiently. The wait had reached about 12min & finally the same tall young man we saw earlier (upon entering the store.) Well he sashays by appearing somewhat tired & a tad irritated. By the way, its only 10:15AM! So he had probably only been at work for maybe 2 hours? Anyway, instead of him walking up & asking May I help whoever is next. He played INY MINI MYNEE MOE & I lost. He (very nonchalantly) walked over to the man of his liking who had been waiting at the paint desk all of 6-7 minutes. He clearly came up AFTER me..So I spoke up & I was here waiting before this person & you act like I wasnt even standing here. And this young man glared at me like he was ready to have a real CAT Fight! His name was Christopher- I call him Chrissy. But anyway, After he gave me the stare down I went to look for a manager. I found one on a tow truck & then I came back to the paint counter. I waited again for another 15 minutes and would you believe ANOTHER customer came up behind me & he went on to help him ignoring my presence...So yeap, I finally flipped my lid. Chrissy seemed a bit flustered & called his manager which was perfect because I finally was able to tell his manager about the situation. I dont know if Chrissy was reprimanded or not but he shouldve been fired on the spot! Oh well, My husband was pleased with the discount on the $45 paint. They gave it to us for $20! I was still steaming but hubby was happy! We have decided that were gonna start using our Home Depot account more. Lowes in Lumberton has the very worst customer service EVER! I am on hold right now with corporate!

I went to Lowes to get a lot of landscape material and stepping stones today. Could not get the guys in the garden center to help load my stuff. Thanks to two girls,Kenza and LaBreassa I got my stuff loaded. I gave them 5 stars and the cashier was wonderful too. Guys, take a lesson from those ladies that help load a truck load of material with the help of my brother- in-law who is in his 70s and has heart problems. Management you have a serious problem there. It needs to be corrected. I get better serviceat Lowes in Whiteville but I live in Lumberton. Customer service is good too. Very helpful in getting someone to help me even though ladies had to do it. Lowes was not busy this morning when I wentor I would have understood.that work back get 0 stars. Thank you ladies. That is ridiculous. I hope management will correct this problem.

Ruined my Father’s Day! Bought a new washer and drier from this company and was supposed to be delivered today. Still waiting and it’s 4pm. Never even called yesterday with a time for the delivery. My husband and I went to Store 0739, Lumberton, NC today. We bought 172 items... With help from David, in Windows, Doors & Screens department...selecting 2 doors & 8 windowsAn help from Justin & Cory for gathering together all the pieces of wood that we needed & loading it on our trailer ( we had to make 2 trips, and these gentlemen were still there to help)Lowes should be Proud of these 3 for their dedication to their jobs!!! Not only were they efficient in getting everything done, they were polite & courteous.Next time we go to Lowes, we will definitely look for these 3 gentlemen!.

Go there & at the lady at the caah register who works air filter area she was like I dont know and I said can you call and see. Then I went back over there and 10 mins later no one came so I went to Walmart and got what I needed. She was nasty acting

Walmart was next door, they didnt have an large umbrella for a cookout Lowes had a large selection steel frame, table ones, other large ones Lowes in Lumberton is great have a great selection of quality everything.

I am a crafter and i absolutely love the service i receive everytime i visit this Lowes. I never have to lift anything heavy or put anything heavy in my suv without help. Absolutely incredible service, kind employees and amazing prices. What more could you ask for?

I dont know what happened to their employees but I called and was transferred 20 times. I had to call back due to being disconnected four times. The multiple ppl I spoke with werent very knowledgeable about their products or departments

DO NOT PAY FOR INSTALLATION SERVICES IF YOU WANT IT DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER! This is the 2nd time the installation team has cancelled as if it were no big deal. We have taken time off from work 2 different times to have our install done.Definitely a lesson learned

This place is one of if not the absolute best places to shop period. I think if they sold food Walmart would be out of business. I always find what I need when working on projects no matter what it is, its amazing. I recently replaced an over the stove vent vanity and they had exactly what I needed and it was cheap! Also, Macky is the best, Lowes has something special in that guy. If you have an issue he makes sure it gets resolved immediately. I would recommend Lowes for all your home and garden needs second to none!

Today I chose to make use of curbside pick-up - what a bad decision. I had to make four phone calls before someone associated with Curbside Pick-up answered the phone. Whomever finally answered the phone asked so many times what number parking space I was in occupying, I had to spell “four.” If curbside pick-up is such an inconvenience why offer the service? If the service is going to be offered train the supporting staff adequately. The inadequacies do not reflect poorly on the hourly employee trying to do the job; it reflects negatively on management that is not concerned. Maybe management should be trained by Walmart; Walmart is exceedingly efficient at order preparation and delivery. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an extensive grocery order. Get Curbside Pick-up right or stop offering frustration.

I’ve had the worse experience at this location. I purchased a fridge and I got it delivered with scratches on both doors. I asked one of the managers(which was a lady) can they send a replacement. The delivery guy came and got my new fridge and did not bring the replacement and left my old fridge on the porch. I had to then use my old fridge, which was on the porch. I’m an older lady and I have no one to bring my fridge inside and for a week I’ve had to bring food from outside to cook. This has been going on since the 25th of April. I am so disappointed.

This was 3rd time I ordered on line only to show up with them telling me there is actually none available. This Last time they said there was 22 on hand and now zero . for me that was 3 strikes

Total disappointment when compared with other Lowes in the area. Fayetteville and Sanford have great help and helpful people that took care of customers. I waited @1hour to get help making a car key and left unsatisfied. No one to serve me except a young lady who tried although she was not sure about the new key system works. They seemed to be very under staff or took Wednesdays off. Not going to take the time to go there again from Fayetteville where I live. Fayettevilles computer said 3 keys in stock at Lumberton and there were none. I would suggest better inventory management to stay in business.

Employee acted as if you are annoying them if you ask a question in paint department and it wasnt like she was busy, just standing there. Customer Service can you give a negative star.

Well I am a home improvement worker and go to Lowes on a daily basis for lumber and other things needed for jobs we do and the only reason we do so is because Lumberton dont have but one other lumber supply store but to make a long story short Lowes has very poor service and I wouldnt give it any stars at all but you have to give at least one to post.

Associate couldn’t answer questions regardless drills.

Once again bought a sub panel. All 3 on shelve had been taped. Bad sign and i didnt check it. Got to job mounted box and started wirning in and found line lug on one of the buss bars had been taken out. Could see it had been there. So someone had opened box took it and returned it. Just Great....

This Lowes Home Improvement is filled with anything you could possibly need. Ive shopped for everything from cabinets to flashlights and Ive always gotten really good prices. The displays are awesome! The staff are very friendly and always helpful.

I just had a bad experience at this Lowes location. First I had to wait about 10 minutes before the guy at the paint department acknowledged my presence. Then when I gave him a sample to mix colors for the paint he said that it would just come out black instead of trying. I insisted that he try and it come out a perfect match. After that I went to use the restroom and all of the toilets except for one had either urine toilet paper or poop in them. There was a Lowes associate in the restroom at the time and I asked him about it and he said they clean it once every morning. After that I loaded up a buggy and went to check out in the garden department. The buggy I was pushing when I checked out was blocked right at the exit door a little bit by a safety cone. I asked the cashier which was two feet away from it could she slide it over a couple inches for me to get out and she said we cannot move safety cones. It literally only needed to be moved over about 2 inches for the front of the buggy to get by and I asked her Are you seriously not going to move that over a couple inches for me to get this Buggy Out because I could not turn around where I was at with the people there then she decided to go ahead and move it a little bit. I am not one to get on a review board and complain but with experience I had at this Lowes location today I felt the need to do so.

No help at all. One employee literally just stood in the way when we we’re trying to get by. He stood on the phone and talked. The bad part about this is everyone else moved out of the way but him. After we got the freezer loaded up on the cart he tried to come and help us....WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE!!!!! They don’t call it SLOWES for nothing! If you work here, you get paid to do nothing but walk around. Why is the manager not telling employees to do their job??? Merry Christmas Slowes!!!!

Although they did not have the mold test that the app said was available, the associate went out of her way to help us try to find the product. This is one our preferred locations.

The gentlemanin paint department kept try to down sell me on paint because he didnt have 5 gallons premixed and didnt want to really mix it for me. The cashier was very nice tho.

You stand and wait for someone to help you for 30 minutes you find somebody then they tell they need to get their vest because they just got off of lunch but they already helping someone you wait and wait and wait you go find him finally in appliance his talking on his phone walking around I look at him and looks at and walks down the other isle now if he was helping a customer he just wouldnt be just walking around. I found another associate and he gets Tom to finally help us after waiting 30 minutes for someone to help just to be told your out of that item. We explain that we have one hole in the sink so we need a faucet with one hole got the item and came home to put in on (of course its the wrong faucet) so now another trip back to Lowes to try that wonderful experience again. People need to adhere to the 6 foot rule and mask. Some people such as myself are in high risk group. I have had a nebulizer since I was a kid I am highly susceptible to upper respiratory infections and have kidney problems. You cant tell just by looking at someone what kind of health problems they have. Be mindful of that fact those people have to get out the same as you so be respectful and responsible please.

Yesterday at Lowe’s of Lumberton my husband and I had to get an estimate for bathroom tile. We are very appreciative of the young man that assisted us. He was polite, respectful, and helpful. He made sure we had everything needed to install the tile. He made a dreaded task more pleasant. A big thank you to this young man named “Josh.”

Very nice people here! Every Lowes I shop at are very friendly and helpful. I find an employee wholl stick with me until I find everything Im looking for and that means alot to me. This is the worst Lowes Ive ever dealt with and I do alot of business with Lowes b4 I relacted to Lumberton mostly in the Wilmington and Southport area but this Lowes I spend more time trying to find the product or get assistance for someone to help me find then I do actually doing the repair I normally cant get no assistance until Ive ask for help from three different Associates a lot of times Ive got to ask for an associate to scan something so I can get the price like I said this is the worst Lowes Ive ever dealt with its so bad that if Lumberton had a Home Depot I would shot their first and Im not at Home Depot man I love doing my business with Lowes but not the Lowes in Lumberton

Customer service is so bad at this place. You are made to feel like youre bothering them if you need help. They make up rules on when you can get curbside pickup when nothing is written on the app or signs about limited hours of operation. And you can forget about it if you expect anybody to answer the phone. Id stick to online shopping.
