I went in looking for ankle bracelets. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I told the lady helping me it was a gift and she kindly wrapped it up for me. I will be going back there in the future.

Theyre always helpful and very friendly. To my knowledge its one of the only places you can get a battery replaced correctly in your wrist watch. I also have a great selection of jewelry and watches.

I took 2 old rings in for evaluation. The owner honestly told me one needed new prongs but the other didn’t need anything. He cleaned the ring that didn’t need anything while I was there. I left the other for repairs. He could have easily said both rings needed some repairs. I was astonished at how quickly the ring was repaired. It turned out beautiful. He repaired, polished, and cleaned it. It looks brand new. It’s so nice to have local honest, friendly and efficient people to shop with in Lumberton.

Thanks Bobs staff for the first class customer service and workmanship. I took them a broken pendant and an antique, also broken, engagement ring. Both pieces belonged to Mom who very recently passed away. Mr. Greg and staff replaced the broken chain for the anniversary pendant and transformed Moms broken ring into a beautiful pendant. Now these special pieces will be handed down to future generations along with Mom & Dads love story.

I have been going to Bob’s Jewel Shop since I was in college. They worked with me when I had a minimal budget and helped me save towards getting my now wife an engagement ring.Just recently my wife and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. I called Bob’s Jewel shop and told them I wanted to surprise her with an additional wedding band to match the set I originally bought from them. Bob’s wonderful staff again worked with me to ensure I was able to afford the ring and keep it a surprise. They even called me to ensure what was the best time to ship it to me so I could keep it a surprise from my wife.
