First time going there with my son today. He had a great experience. Jose was the Barber. He put a Diamond design on my sons head. It was great. He was amazing with my son. We will definitely be back. Everyone needs to go here. This pic I took in the middle of the cut.

Choosing when your child has a first haircut is tough. Choosing the right barber for that first cut is worse. Shane joked about being the Baby Whisperer while cutting my one year olds hair for the first time but by the time he was complete, his joke carried full-proof with merit. He knew exactly what to do when baby boys patience wore off and bought enough time needed to complete the cut with a simple Dum-Dum lollipop (I know, classic.). The end result was a toddler with the fly-est fade who looked like he was pulled straight from the cover of a Mini-Men GQ Magazine (if it existed).If Shane is this good with a toddler, his FADERZ game has to be superb with any other age. Great barbershop, I have moved a lot and been to what feels like a ton of beauticians and barbers. The shop has a clean look and a welcoming atmosphere. I keep my hair short and a barber always does a better job than most beauticians in my opinion (I have had great fade/taper from beauticians).They take appointments and walk ins. As a walk in you might wait a bit for a hair cut 30-60 minutes if they are busy and low on staff. It is worth the wait because the barber will take 20-40 min to cut your hair just right. It really feels like a spa day for men in a way.As a barber they will trim and shape facial hair as well. The price feel right in my opinion based on the attention you receive. Really a fantastic shop I cannot praise enough.

Barbers at Faderz pay attention to detail and do the job right. Great customer care. Awesome TVs with sports center. Patriotic theme and awards displayed.

This place is very clean but is not courteous in taking walk-ins. Chris Gilmore is the best and most compassionate and considerate barber. He does an excellent job on both of my sons hair. If the Barbers there would work together as a team in answering phones and picking up walk-ins between appointments they would probably double their business!!

Best haircut Ive ever experienced. Awesome group of barbers and friendly. Left the area to a new state for work but returned to Lumberton a little over a month later and mostly looked forward to the return just so I could get a cut at Faderz again. Will not go anywhere else while Im here.

I recommend this barbershop for any and everybody! They don’t have a “specialty” because they service all races and hair types. The inside of the shop is immaculate. Our barber, Shane, does great with my son. He talks to him and keeps him engaged the entire time. They have TVs in a 360 view so you can be entertained while you wait.

The best shop that I have visited in years. Diverse clientele in a strip shopping center. Barbers are very engaging, several TVS mounted from the ceiling in the center of the shop with visibility from all chairs. I did not expect to find this quality of a shop in this town. It could have only been better if located in my city.

Great barbershop.Shane and R-Cash did an awesome job on my 3 boys hair. (much better than the last place we went to) They were professional and very friendly. The shop was clean and really stylish and we waited only a few minutes.We will be back again!

Shane was awesome today. My son was completely uncooperative(He is only 4). He would not sit up in the chair at all, instead he just laid over. Shane never lost his cool and just went with the flow. He did a true upside down fade literally. And it came out perfect. And of course when we left my son said he wanted to go back there again.

Hands down this is the BEST BARBERSHOP IN LUMBERTON, NC! My sons are always satisfied with their haircuts. Very clean and nice place, family oriented as well. By the way they can basically do any and everything here, arching eye brows, color, cuts,etc. All of the barbers are very talented, very nice and always welcome you when you walk in. Love this place and will recommend it to anyone!

They make you feel like family

Finally found a barbershop that can cut my sons hair..they love they fresh cutz...

Do not go to the 2nd to last chair towards the back. 1st of all he was the only one that didnt have some type of professional barber outfit on. 2nd his customer service was horrible, its like he couldnt remember what I was asking for. 3rd didnt know how to thin out hair on top with scissors. He did good on the beard. His goal is to make the person look and feel good about their haircut, I didnt leave feeling happy. Lastly i felt overcharged, I know a $25 cut and this wasnt one. Only reason Im giving 3 stars and not 2 because the owner was nice and wished me a good night before I left. Never going back.

My son waited 2 hours for a haircut and not a single barber acknowledged him. Youd think the barbers would be like, this kid has been here awhile let me go ahead and cut his hair, but NOPE! It was a total Waste of time. Needless to say we will never take him back there again.
