Very happy good work and great people

When I originally went there I asked Carrie how long it would be to get my car finished he said it would take one week my next question was when can I bring it in he said bring it in in 2 weeks and then it will take me a week to finish it I said okay so I brought the car over there and I specifically asked him to keep it parked inside because it has t-tops and they leak if it rains real hard he said yeah yeah yeah sure sure sure thing, well we got a carport outside I might have to pull it in under there or if we dont have a carport will use a tarp and cover it with a plastic tarp well what happened was they use the tarp and instead of putting the tarp over the entire vehicle they put the tarp over top of the car with the doors open and then ran the tarp inside the car and then close the doors over top of the tarp so now theres an imprint in the rubber seals from the tarp and it makes my window leak in addition to that the window was leaking the whole time he had it cuz he ended up having it for 2 weeks and still never even started on it after 2 weeks so I had to take it from there and take it to another place to make matters worse while it was there somebody cut the grass over there and blue grass all over the hood windshield and top of my ca so I was highly disappointed in the way that they treat your vehicles especially when I specifically told him I wanted it brought inside and kept in side the entire time it was there and was willing to wait until he had a room to bring it inside... Basically it was like he wanted me to bring it there and leave it until whenever he had a chance to finally finish it months from when I brought it in because he took the seats out within two days of it being there and never worked on them hoping that I would just leave my car there...Im really mad and now my windows leak all the time no matter how hard it rains because of the way he ran those stupid tarps across the rubber seals on my car and its a bunch of trash and hes like oh its not going to leak I do it all the time.. this guy thinks he knows everything apparently, and obviously he does not...I do not recommend taking your vehicle there to have the seats reupholstered... other little stuff that might take a couple hours to do sure but no major jobs

Worst customer service ever and this was just a phone call for a quote. I would never do business with a place who speaks to customers on the phone this way. Extremely disappointed!
