The repair man was awesome

The technician was late and very tired. He looked at my refrigerator entered some information on his phone, and without really doing any sort of diagnostic, he tells me the cost is around $900 to $1200 or little more. I knew, he really didnt want to fix anything. I called local refrigeration guy and he replaced heater coil in few hours. It cost me under $300 to get the job done. I will never call Sears repair service again.
