Its always a pleasure to to this store. The staff is friendly, courtesy, fast, and know what theyre doing. Its no wonder why you have so many folks walking in. There may be a line, but wont last long. Yeah, theyre that good.

My experience with the location and customer service rep was satisfactory. I think the Verizon experience would be better if the store level associates could fully handle issues without having to call customer support to push it through or activate. For me it was a SIM card replacement and the associate still had to call in... which really slows things down. (No fault of hers) but the experience overall suffers due to it.

I just want to give a shout out to the sales associate named Keila☺🥰. She went to the extreme helping my daughter. We had a good time talking to her, such a professional woman.Were definitely coming back only to her in Nacogdoches Tx. Keila is the person you want if your in that city.

The representative I dealt with at the Lufkin store was very helpful and knowledgeable. She relieved my worry about the transition from the carrier we had been with for 18 years.

I do not normally leave reviews but I had the best experience today at Verizon. I was in and out with everything I needed and the employee Kimberly that helped me was amazing. She went above and beyond and her customer service was top notch, she was the friendliest and made my visit today there exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

This store will scam you. There is not a a real return policy here. They claim if you return the phone in 14 days you pay a 50$ restocking fee and then you are refunded your money. However, the woman working refused the refund because if a small scratch on one phone. On the other phone, that has never been used and still had the protective cover on it, she removed the protective cover and still wiped it with her cloth. We decided to leave instead of returning just one phone. I called corporate to see if there was anything I could do and they said take the one the store would accept back and return it there and they would get a return label in the mail for the other. The woman would not take the phone she would take earlier because she said it was scratched. She was the only person to use that phone and she was the one to take the included protective screen off.The point is. If you buy anything here, do not expect to get a return. This means if you buy one of their 1000$ phones for the sale price of 250$ then you cancel your plan because you had to. You are stuck with a 1000$ paper weight.

I always have better customer service online. Went in here the other day and the woman was rude. If I didnt like the cell service I would switch to AT&T just because of the in store service I get here is ridiculous.

The Lufkin Verizon Store was very helpful. I had just purchased a new phone in Houston and was not told how important it was to get a screen protector for them phone because the protective box he stole me would not protect my phone so the first time I dropped it it broke. Even though I only dropped it about 12 inches it brokeNot good service.The Lufkin Store was kind enough to help me claim the broken phone on my insurance and pick out the correct protection for this phone. The store features to my account (Verizon cloud) without even knowledge. Called CS and they said they cannot credit anything. Proper explanation is required. Even though it is really just a 5$ charge everymonth, I work hard for it. If you go to the store and ask, they will say that it was explained and signed and some other stuffs. You go with 200$ in your pocket, they will try to take all those 200$ from you, but if they do any mistake, again they will blame the customer. Wow !!!!And whom are you trying to fool by all these reviews. I can create an email and put a scoring. If you see properly most of the customers who have put a score of 5, has done only 1 review in their life. (Mentioned near the reviews).

Honestly I dont even know where to begin.They were going to charge me $40 more than anyone else hence why I went to best buy. All they said was that it was Taxes which was the first lie. Second is they were going to get me a refurbished phone with a obviously fake box. When I asked the manager if it was new, he lied to my face and said it was brand new and not even the model I wanted. The second obvious lie. Because the iPhone didnt come with a sim card which I dont recall them ever not coming with one.And a month before pulling the trigger on this while shopping around the brands. My wife said the store manager Damari, made an employee cry by being inappropriately rude. What kind of business is this? All clues point to a Fraudulent and unethical one. Do yourself a favor and just go to best buy. Great people, new phones, and REAL service.

Went to this store for help with activation they made no effort to help just made alot of excuses why the could not. Very poor customer service as a matter of fact I was told they dont provide customer service they only do sales. I was totally ignored. Will never shop at this store. They do not deserve 1 star.

Every time we go into the store, the African American man is so dang rude, to me, to the other employees, and customers. Even when we arent his customers he butts into the conversation with rude answers that no one asked him. This has been EVERY SINGLE TIME. We are leaving Verizon and going to another company. One that he does NOT work at.... goodbye!

Isabel Mireles was great! My husband wanted to upgrade my phone. We already had cell phone coverage through Verizon. Also he wanted to look into changing our home phone and internet services from a competitor. She patiently assisted us through the process. The competitor was not so helpful. Our internet speed increased nearly 100% with MIFI.I also spoke briefly with Liz Strickland over the phone the next week. She was also pleasant to work with.

Whereas Verizon might have the most towers (thus better calling service)..It is not beneath them to hit you with fees that, unless you read every word on every page...retain everything they are saying to you (as youre grasping that your 1 yr. old phone is not compatible & have to buy new one) you will be hit with sticker shock on your 1st months bill & there after. The price per month that comes out of their mouths is a lot lower than what you will actually pay each month. They get to talking to you (not about phone or bill...total distraction) and you wind up signing or paying for stuff of which you are totally unaware.

These people are the best. Been using this store for a few years now. They know me, and always take care of my goof-ups! I try to keep the updated equipment, but not very savvy. They always take care of me in Lufkin!

Upon moving to Lufkin, I visited this store three times in one week. First time was oh we cant do that. Verizon customer service had sent me there. Second time the two employees waited me and a woman out. By all but ignoring us, while flirting with this girl in there. After twenty five minutes I left. Third time . I pull up get out of my car at two minutes until close, simply needing my sim card slot opened for my new phone as there was not the little key anywhere in my box. Employee hurried and locked the door before I could get there..... I mean really thirty seconds was all I needed. Thirty seconds of help
