This place has the worst service possible. My mother in law has been coming here for the past three years she states she’s never received any copies of her filed tax returns until this year, she mentioned to me not having received her check it had been about almost 2 months so I asked to see her forms after reviewing them I notice several errors one of them being she was being over charged $700 to file she was told $300 since she doesn’t understand these forms she believed it coming from a “professional” establishment. I then start trying to get ahold of someone at that office I was sent to several people before I was directed to the owner not only did he give us a big run around he was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with from a business, this man yelled and cursed at me once I mentioned I was involving IRS stating I wasn’t his client and didn’t have to talk to me I was there to interpret the language barrier between him and my MIL but this “man” is the most disrespectful person I’ve encountered. He had us go Tuesday, friday, monday stating the check hadn’t been sent to him and Irs website stated it sent may 03,3021 it was now may10,2021 but when I brought up irs he suddenly had the cash to issue for the over charged price of $455.

Don’t not go here for your taxes they are very unprofessional. They are rude the guy you file with is never available only to do you taxes then you don’t hear from them . They lied and said they sent the advance two weeks before they actually did and even kept it and sent it with the return . They keep changing their policies . They hung up in my face I called back she pick up and hung up in my face . And said I’m just mad I havnt got my return it’s been 7 days since the put my return in the mail and it in Texas .

Find someone else to do your taxes
