They were fantastic. We own Embroidery by Kassie in Woodville, Texas and all at once two Brother machines went down and we have ten dozen hats to get out for customers. BOVE repaired my machines and serviced another one in no time. Not only were they fast, the work was spot on and they were so friendly.I cant wait to purchase my next new Brother machine from them.
