I have been wearing hearing aids since I was in my forties, am now in my sixties and have been to many hearing specialist and audiologist from Houston to Lufkin and Nacogdoches. This is the best experience and most affordable place I have ever been to. JayAnn and Chris were helpful and went above and beyond in making sure I was fitted with the best hearing aids I have ever worn. Jayann helped me navigate the Care Credit Card for financing over the phone. Anyone with hearing issues knows how difficult it is to manage lengthy phone calls of this nature. Jayann patiently guided me through this lengthy and technically challenging process. I did not have an appointment when I walked in, but Chris Czop, at the end of a lengthy day, assessed my hearing needs fairly quickly and prescribed one of the best hearing devices I have ever worn. For the first time in about 20 years, I can now watch television without closed caption and without disturbing others with excessively large volume. Both Jayann and Chris have also been more than willing and accessible for any follow up issues needed for the first few weeks..

Enjoy going to East Texas Hearing Aids in Lufkin, Chris and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris takes my hearing and my hearing aids personally.

I love the people there.The office staff are very nice staff with a welcoming heart to all who need help.The Doctor are so amazing there an helped me with my hearing problems..You couldnt ask for any better for some awesome doctors or staff that do work there.They take majority insurance companies an will work with them as well, If you need help with any type of hearing problems you may have. I came in to try out a new hearing aid I saw on line. Michael Roach was very nice and informative. He suggested a different hearing aid due to my severe hearing loss. It only took 5 days to get them in the office. I can hear better now then with my old hearing aids. Thank you.

Very friendly people got my hearing aids first day I have my appointment and Im going back for another appointment todayhave to have my hearing aids checked and cleaned and I enjoyed their company and their knowledge
