After calling on 3 other security companies in Lufkin, we decided to go with Vector for the security system for our business. 1 company that we called never returned our call. It came down to Vector and another local company and Vector won our business. Jennifer came out and let us know what we needed, she was great! Dyan in the office called and set up everything, she was on top of everything through the whole process. Then Tony came out and did the installation, was super friendly and went above and beyond to satisfy us. I would recommend for everyone to use Vector for any of your security needs for your business or for your home. They made everything super simple! Thanks guys!!!

Monitoring is ok. However, after my landlord decided not to renew my lease, I contacted Guardian((now Vector)to cancel and was told I had a FIVE YEAR contract. This was not disclosed to me by my sales rep Shane. Where I am moving does not allow Guardian to install, and they are not wanting to let me out of my contract. I do not believe they are a fair or honest company and I would not recommend them. There should be exceptions for situations like this.UPDATE: AFTER PHONE CALL TO HOME OFFICE, FURNISHING PROOF OF NON-RENEWAL OF MY LEASE AND PROOF THEY COULD NOT HOOK UP SERVICE WHERE I AM MOVING, THEY FINALLY AGREED TO RELEASE ME FROM MY CONTRACT. READ THE FINE PRINT....TAKE NOTHING FOR GRANTED!

Read your paperwork when you sign a contract with them. They will straight up lie to you. I was told I was signing a 2 year contract and I signed a 5 year contract. I called and asked to talk to the salesperson that signed me up and surprise surprise she dont work for them anymore. They wont work with me. So dont ever use these lying swindlers.
