So I am here at 9:15 to get printed, and no one is here, doora are locked and there are no signs. Really wish there was a phone number to set up an appointment, as they are not listed as a location online.

They closed down their fingerprinting services Jan 2021, so no more of that, probably no one works here either

When you make an appointment online it doesnt count for anything at this location. We showed up at our appointment time to fine us and three other individuals locked out with a sign on the door letting us know the office was closed. Well we find out from the real estate business attached that the woman that owns the building runs the idetago office and rarely shows up.

Our company was awarded a project that required fingerprint background checks. We needed to schedule back to back appointments for (2) of our crews, which totaled 9 guys all on the same day. We were extremely reluctant to use the Lufkin facility after reading the negative Google reviews regarding the extensive time delays. But, it was the only location that could accommodate the date & times we were needing. Im very happy to say, it was the exact opposite experience of what the other reviewers experienced! Unfortunately, we didnt get her name but whomever was working on 12/19/17, did an outstanding job! She was very kind, courteous and diligent! She worked quickly and had all of my guys out the door within 1 hr.! Could you imagine my surprise when I was expecting us to be there all day?! No complaints here! Great job IdentoGo/Lufkin! Keep up the good work!

Im sitting in the parking lot as I leave this review. Hours say 9am-12pm and its 9:23am Im having to miss work to be here and the building has yet to open. Slightly irritated but hopefully I wont have to wait much longer.Edit: 9:48am and someone has yet to show up and open the office. Awful service.

Was there for 2hrs for my background check fingerprints. Appointment was for 10. I got there at 945. Didnt leave till lunch time.

I arrived early and was in and out the door in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly staff.
