The 2 times I reluctantly used this staffing company was in the last year and 15 years ago. I believe in 2nd chances, so I gave it a second chance last year. Turns out, it was completely unhelpful in its sole purpose to help find gainful employment -- the 2nd time AND 15 yrs. ago! I would not recommend it to anyone that does not want their valuable time and energy wasted. *My intended rating is actually ZERO stars*

Walked in, filled out some paperwork, and got an interview the same day. Good stuff!

This has literally been the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered by an employer. They sent me to a temporary assignment where the employer was to report the time worked. There was no explanation of what the job entailed other then I would need to provide my own steel toed boots. They told me to arrive at 6am but when I arrived the manager informed me work started at 5am. I worked the entire shift that day left had received a phone call for a better opportunity, notified Express personal that I would not be returning to the previous assignment. This has been almost a month ago and yet to have been paid for work rendered. Multiple calls to their payroll department with continued run arounds for weeks now. This is no longer about money but the principle of it. If you are in desperate need of work I only implore you to use this company as a very last means.

Very unprofessional. They messed up my check on multiple occasions and they will not want to pay you what they owe. They will give you the run around and then tell you it will be added to the next weeks check. Regina in payroll is always out of the office and no one else does payroll. She is the only one in payroll but never seems to know policy. She always has to call corportate when she should be fully trained in what to do when they owe an employee money.Do not trust your hard earn work and time with them.

Always helpful for finding work regardless temp jobs or long term. Very grateful for them.
