Ive used this salon multiple times for hair cuts in the past, always very satisfied with my hair cuts for myself and my kiddos. All the stylist I have had have always been nice and efficient. Thanks ladies!

This place is very clean, people are great and able writing to me and back due deaf. They did amazing job on my kids hair. Id going there again and reasonably price.

Great staff! Incredibly knowledgeable! Walk-ins are welcome but I suggest if youre getting anything more than a hair cut, you call and make an appointment ahead of time so you know you can get in for longer processes.

I waited one hour and still after everyone was out of there and another employee had even come in was told they rotate so the girl would be back to cut my 4 year olds hair. I literally watched the lady go across store to bathroom, then go buy snacks and ect. I questioned it and was treated rudely. I will never take this boy there ever again.

Mixed curly hair, super easy to manage, yet staff was severely lacking in their hair expertise but overcompensating in racial undertones. Went in for a simple 7 foil highlight set - was only 30$ last time I had it done - then was railroaded into paying extra for toners (my hair has never needed them before) and plus the additional 20$ fee for my hair being a little past shoulder length. Mind you, this is a salon in Walmart. After sitting under this dryer for the past 45 mins (never had to do this before either). Have yet to see any hair color at all they’ve put in my hair, yet I’m getting highlights? and waiting for whatever happens next and the disappointment that’s coming soon- don’t book here. Thank you.

They are covid conscientious for their customers. Appointments online and as always they are affordable and efficient. Feels so good to look like a civilized person again 😆.

Called in an hour before scheduled haircutting appt. only to be immediately disconnected upon introduction. After calling back the barber claims to have accidentally hung up. She then schedules my appt only to take a walk in upon my arrival at the scheduled time. Very inconvenient and unprofessional behavior by the establishment.

I went it for an express haircut and the results were amazing! The stylist asked me what I wanted and she did EXACTLY what I wanted! I sat in the chair for about 10-15 minutes and she was done!

Screwed up on my sons hair cut. Thank God it was my son, his hair was easily fixed by a friend.

I ways get good results.... I get cuts color or highlights... My stylist is very nice she listens and doesnt rush through just to get to the next customer.... and that is a big thing to me.... everyone is nice and helpful.... pay them a visit.....

Gold hair cut . My only issue was the all but rude staff. When I got there as a walk in, I asked one of the ladies at the front ofif th could for me in. She frowned, and while turning away from started someone would help me. She looked around for about ten seconds away from me. And must not have been able to find something to look busy with, turned around hand on hips . ( Have you even been here before) with a near rude tone.The stylist want much better.Sorry I inconvenienced you ladies I wont be back

I just came from the salon, my hair is MESSED UP!! Im super sad I cant stop crying.....😣😣😣 I went in for a cut. Didnt get the cut. I spoke to the lady about possible perm or highlights. I was very very weary about the perm I told her someone told me since I have had highlights my hair will turn to gummy hair. I told her a few times lets just go ahead with the cut let me think about it. Im very very hurt. She kept reassuring me everything will be fine. But nope my hair turned out to be like rubber band..... I dont know what to do I cut a lot of it off by myself... I put the damaged hair stuff she recommended and my hair feels like a brillo pad!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had I will never listen to a hair dresser again. I should have went on my own thought not a professional hair dresser I dont know what to do. My hair is rubbery.....

I have been to hair salons all over. I have had terrible experiences at salons all over. I finally found Kathryn at SmartStyle after several referrals and I will never go anywhere else. You can get a 50$ hairstyle for 15$. Thank you Kathryn.
