The ball joint came out of my car and Atkinson Towing showed up in a timely manner, got my car loaded, and brought my car and I to my car dealership. Overall 10 out of 10.

This company is a total ripoff! Ridiculous charge for just pullout from mud! For just 30 min of work they charged me $937! Unbelievable! Trucking companies, be aware!

I cannot say enough good about Atkinson Towing and Recovery. They helped me out of a pinch not once but twice! I am from Wisconsin and my truck was stranded in Texas with a locked up rear dual. They went the extra measure for customer service and satisfaction!! Very polite and great to deal with.

They are great guys, very nice went out of the way to make sure I was safe. Drvr/Op Kevin took me to my motel so I could rest and relax waiting for his help to get there to get my truck. They are GREAT!!

Fast service, super friendly staff! We live a couple hours away from Lufkin, but had an accident over the weekend while passing through. My car was definitely not drivable, so we used Atkinson to tow our car & hold at their lot until it could be taken to the repair shop. The driver who towed our car was fast in getting to us, and later met us at their shop to get our things from the car once we got a rental. The ladies who answer the phone were very friendly & helpful through the whole process. I would definitely recommend their service to others!

Most towing companies give an E.T.A. and then get there an hour or two after the stated time. These guys arrived exactly as stated. Very help and GREAT customer service. I would recommend them to everyone.

My friend just got out of jail no way to contact him his phone at the towing yard. In the truck so the lady. Calls back being rude to me.
