I took our Honda for several services. When I went to pick it up,they didn’t get to all of them, due to some men out sick. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were in need of a larger vehicle. We were no longer able to fit in our small suv. My son has special needs and we needed room for his special car seat and his wheelchair. We found a new Honda odyssey that was competitively priced and were able to test drive right away. While we were testing it out, Ivan Gonzalez our very helpfull sale person, had our suv appraised for trade in. Once we decided to purchase and trade in, Ivan and Kyle Davis, in finance, worked in tandem to expediently and effectively process our sale and financing respectively. We were very glad to get approved with an affordable payment and reasonable interest rate even though we had no down payment. Ivan then helped us with the personal settings in the odyssey. He answered all our questions. We then finished up paperwork. All in all we were in and out of there in under 2 hours, with no high pressure sales gimmicks. I would entreat any of my friends and family to frequent this business. Overall we had a good experience. Thanks.

Sales Manager ran my credit with out approval 3 days after I left the lot. Without asking me. I understand if I was standing on the lot and waiting on an approval. I allowed him one, that was through Honda on Saturday. This is Tuesday. I had to call and make him stop. With him still asking me who I was going to finance through. I will NEVER consider this dealership agian. This is not OK for a sales manager to do with out permission. And WHY would he wait 3 days to decide to run someones personal information with out consent and with out that person being there. This is irreversible damage. He needs to be reprimanded.

I tried to negotiate a pre owned vehicle but was told all preowned had recalls or were sold. So then we decide to look at financing a new vehicle. Salesman was awesome, but Finance Manager is a coward of half truths. They did 14 hard inquiries, 4 coming from Honda alone. Wrecked my credit score, then they offered me 5% when every other dealership gives prime. Do not go here if you want to finance, salesman is awesome if you want cash car though.

I just bought a 2019 Honda CR-V. My other car was totaled and decided I wanted to give Honda a try. I did try to find a better price but glad to say that I couldn’t find a better price than with loving Honda. Chris really helped me get through the process. Both Chris and Ivan were very helpful and knowledgeable. Before I left the GM introduced himself and thanked me for being a Honda customer. Hopefully this car will last longer than my last car but so far I am very impressed and I do believe I may get another Honda next time I want to purchase a new car.

Very nice place, everyone was very nice. Restrooms here were very clean. I had to have airbags in my Civic replaced. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment. They said it would take about an hour. They started replacement before my appointment time and I was able to leave in less than an hour! Oh, they do have a cappuccino machine, complimentary! Excellent!

Driving 2007 civic from Houston to St. Louis and had a humming sound from left front wheel that was getting louder. Classic wheel bearing symptom. When Sergio opened the doors I explained the situation and he had a mechanic put my car up on the lift right away. The mechanic verified it was the bearing and they went straight to work on it and loaned us a car to go get breakfast. Great service.

We were just looking one afternoon. Not really serious about buying. There on the lot was a Honda Accord Hybrid. I like SUVs and trucks and wasnt keen on sedans but sure did like the posted mileage. Took it for a ride. Quiet, roomy, comfortable, lots of features and super duper gas mileage. My tall husband couldnt believe the room in the back. The service and sales staff were excellent...friendly, professional and fair. We received excellent value for our trade in. Financing process was smooth too. Best car buying experience ever.

Bought a car from them and the entire process was great until I got home and received a notification that they ran my credit twice. This is an issue I am dealing with now that I tried to avoid by getting pre-approved through my bank. When I went back to retrieve my plates and mentioned it I got the standard shoulder shrug and “not sure how that happened” response.

I must update my review once more. Although I may have had a bad experience with Loving Honda in the past, they sure know how to make it right! After the bad experience, they called me to follow up, and assured me they were working hard to improve their customer service. Let me just say that the hard work sure did pay off! My love of Honda brought me back there, and I decided to give them another chance, and I am so glad I did. I am very pleased with my purchase, as well as the OUTSTANDING customer service I received. Ive contacted dealerships all around Texas via e-mail and phone and Loving Honda was the first dealership that stood out to me due to their honesty, respect, and sincere understanding.Despite them being the first and only dealership willing to offer me the lowest out-the-door offer on paper in Texas for my vehicle, I did not end up purchasing my 2016 Honda Civic EX Sedan with Honda Sensing from them since it was not close to the price I was aiming for. However, where other dealerships would have mocked and scoffed at me... Loving Honda sincerely understood and did not attempt to push me into a purchase that I knew would make me unhappy.I personally would like to thank Steven Larsen and James Bruce for their assistance in my journey to find my vehicle for my price. Sales Manager is a very rude person, acted arrogantly in front of my family, although the associates have good customer skills. Tried buying a new vehicle and upon negotiating the price wont keep their words. They said that they will either beat or match the price, When provided the quote from other dealership didnt keep their words and jacked up the price. The service department is OK, sales department is worthless to business with. Better watch out ....

Edward was PERFECT!!! After three HORRiBLE experiences with three other dealerships, my husband and I went into Loving Honda very skeptical and wanted to just look and see if there was anything in our price range. Edward came out to greet us, and was very friendly. We told him we were looking at a Honda Civic, but were not sure if we could afford it. He was not pushy or overbearing at all. At every step of the way, he made sure we were comfortable and if we wanted to proceed. He made it possible for us to get a NEW Honda Civic and we will be saving money because of this purchase. Loving Honda is a dealership that has its act together in every facet of their operations.Mike Grainger is a perfect example of a professional sales person. He welcomed us upon our arrival at his dealership. He listened attentively to the features we desired in a car and showed us the models that met our criteria. On the test drive, Mike demonstrated how all of the electronics are user friendly and answered all of our questions about the car. The next day he called to follow-up and ask if we had any questions. He never pressured us to buy a car at any point during this period.When we decided to buy a Honda Accord, I contacted Mike again and was very pleased that his initial quote was far less than his competition. To me, it is very refreshing not to have to go through the hassle of negotiating a sales price. And when the initial quote handily beats their competition, then that makes the purchasing experience really great.While waiting for our new Accord to be delivered, we enjoyed a wonderful selection of complimentary coffee and refreshments in the waiting area. Once delivered, it was evident that the car had been cleaned and mechanically inspected to ensure everything was in proper working order. Mike again took the time to inspect the car and to show us how to operate all of the electronics.Casie Matthews was our F&I contact. She too, is a true professional who knows her job and performs it flawlessly. Before our arrival, Casie had searched the market and secured a very favorable interest rate on our loan. A good friend of mine bought a car here at the end of June and was pushed into a car she never drove once they knew how much negative equity she had (in order to wrap in the negative). She picked a mid-line CRV but once they knew the negative equity, they said they would give her the high end one (since it costs more) and started working the numbers and prepping the car, without her test driving or seeing the car. The financing was another issue: she paid $2300 she never knew about. She was promised $400 for gap insurance from Mike but was charged $750 when Casey processed the financing. And $1995 was added to for a simple oil change/ tire rotation coverage every 10k miles (WAY too many miles for a routine oil change). This dealer took advantage of her long day there despite her being the only one buying a car and rushed her to sign paperwork including charges she did not want.

They will not honor prices given through an email. I drove 15 miles to their dealership ready to purchase a Honda CRV Touring. I had the email in which the salesman said that the manager would match the price I had received from a couple of other dealerships.. He refused to match it. I was very disappointed that these men from this dealer were not men of their word. I would have much rather purchased locally.

Bottom corner of my passenger door is damaged and you can’t even bring it to someone’s attention because all of a sudden it’s not their fault. I wish someone would have told us that they did this but they just waited till we left the parking lot.

I took my car there for service. Sergio and Richard would not call back as promised. The quote to replace the compressor on my car was ~$1435 before tax. When i questioned a quote of~$1435 when told i would be charged for 3 hours, Sergio stated that he didnt remember telling me i would be charged for 3hrs as labor may take up to 5hours. I called Richard the service supervisor. He said he would check on that and to give me a call back. He never did. The following day, i took my car to a different Honda dealer and saved $425.Make sure you have a 2nd opinion as these guys would rip you off.

I gave this business four stars because I was looking for a part for an Acura in Lufkin and the only closest Acura dealer is ninety seven miles away. Though they were very virtuous and helpful over the phone. If I had a Honda vehicle I would definitely take it to them for parts just on how well they are on the phone.

Mike Grainger was a good salesman, as car salesman go. He wasnt pushy but he still talked numbers and didnt try to jerk me around at all. In fact, he made a sort of outrageously low bid to get business and we actually paid less than that for the vehicle when we signed the papers.The general manager is an entirely different story. I very reluctantly returned to this dealership because of the interaction I had with him the first time I was there to negotiate a deal. He did not care if we bought the vehicle and flat out told me to go to another dealership.The worst part was when I was unhappy with a brown streak on the moonroof cover (headliner) and refused to accept the vehicle in that condition, after all the papers were signed, and upon final inspection. We had already brought this problem to the salesmans attention and were told it would be cleaned. After two cleaning attempts the brown streak was still there.I will quote the general manager:What do you want me to do? Do you want me to order a new part? Do you want to go to all that trouble for this little stain? Then, in a threatening tone, If you want well go inside and tear up the paperwork.After I explained to the two salesman how ridiculous and insulting this interaction was, he later apologized for his choice of wording since what he meant was that he would tear up the paperwork on this specific vehicle and redraft it on an identical vehicle (of which there were none). They ended up swapping the moonroof cover with that of another vehicle. They get two stars instead of one because they eventually acquiesced to my outrageous demand of wanting a brand new vehicle without a brown stain.I have never left a car dealership feeling more pissed off or insulted than I did that day. To put it simply, I will gladly buy another vehicle from Mike Grainger. I will never again buy a vehicle from Loving Honda.

Ive been a honda fan for a long time now I had been buying used cars from friends here and there and have paid the price for buying someone elses problem. One day I emailed loving honda in Lufkin texas about buying a new car that was a Sunday Monday morning at work Michael Grainger calls me and tells me he had exactly what I wanted for NOTHING DOWN needless to say I went to Lufkin after work and picked it up. They are the nicest people and go above and beyond. After about a year I had the urge to get ANOTHER new car this time newer so I called mike and he and their finance manager Casey put me in the car of my dreams exactly how I wanted it to look and everything. I would strongly advise a short stop here if you are wanting great service and a great car. Im hooked, honda for life!

We had already tried doing business with two dealerships in the Dallas/Fort Worth/Denton area, and were unable to get exactly what we wanted. After a last minute phone call to Mike Grainger, salesman at Loving Honda on Thur., Feb. 27, we decided to drive the 200+ miles to Loving Honda in Lufkin the next day. It was well worth the drive, and we would encourage anyone to experience the small town honest business efforts that made this car buying experience easy.
