Where do I start?! So I thought my daughter made me an appointment yesterday to get my car tinted (she didnt) so I showed up and even though I didnt have an appointment, Ray got me in and out within an hour!!!! I wouldnt recommend any other place!

BUYER BEWARE!! I am embarrassed to even give this business 1 star but that is the only way I can warn the public about this crook. Ray is not a man of his word. He did a very poor job on my 2018 Charger and initially stated the $135.00 would cover the cost of a lifetime warranty. When I showed up to have him do the work he stated that price would only cover a 5 year warranty. After the bubbles and dirt under the tint did not self correct he did not return calls or texts to set up a time for the warranty work, despite my repeated attempts to contact him. Once he finally decided to be a man and answer my call he demonstrated the lack of integrity and true corrupt business owner he really is by refusing to honor his warranty promise. Several reviews state he did not honor apt times as well. Take my advice, and pay the extra $70.00 and go with a reputable business owner who actually does have some integrity and experience. I always support our veterans but it is sad to see one who doesnt live up to the high moral standards most veterans hold themselves to.

Im sorry but theyre very unprofessional.I called a few days before to verify the cost of getting one window tinted and he never stated I needed an appointment. Just gave me the price, so a few days later I decided that Id go drop my vehicle off (website just says they open at 9) I called him and told him I was there, he asked that I leave my key under garage door because they work by appointments only, so I did. A few hours later he said it would be ready by 430, told him I wouldnt have a ride at that time and needed it by 330if possible, he said he could have it done by then, I show up at 330 and its not done, he let me know it was ready about 4. I paid and noticed the window looked darker than my drivers side (he should have called if he didnt have a lighter shade, right?) I was debating on calling or leaving it alone, I called about 2 days after and spoke to his wife and she clams my tint just faded. Okay, first off its my front windows have always been lighter than the back and now all my windows are about the same shade except my driver side (he did the passenger) I let it go, but the very same day noticed a bubble (thinking it happens, I will text him and he will make it right and explain the shade diffrence while Im at it) so when I sent the text, it was just back and forth arguing and basically wanted me to pay for them to do my driver side window to match theres, I explaines I didnt want my drivers side touched, just wanted the one her did fixed and matched correctly, thats when I was told that was the lightest shade they had, hmm okay why not tell me this before touching my vehicle so I could have gone somewhere where they have a variety of shades. The job was done too fast which resulted in the bubbles. I told him I would take my vehicle elsewhere because obviously they werent going to make it right. The reply I got back was Great. have a good day! definitely need to work on their customer service skills. Guess them being one of the lowest in town is good, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for

Best place to go for window tint! Ive been going to Ray for my window tinting needs for YEARS... I tend to wreck my cars alot so trust me when I say Ive made alot of trips to his shops! The wait time is never long either, Ive never once left disappointed, and the warranty is a HUGE plus seeing as alot of places dont offer it. So if youre looking, I highly suggest Ray! Hands down best in town and the price cant be beat either! Thank me later!(:
