So sad I had to move and couldnt take Keeli with me!! I was seeing Keeli for over a year and the services were always professional, clean, friendly and as comfortable as ripping hairs out by the root can be! Her attention to detail and follow up on any issues is unmatched with any other experience Ive had.

I used the membership service with this place for a few months and the job wasn’t always a clean job but the lady was nice so I didn’t mind. Now I’m moving out of the country and cancelled my membership. They said the would charge me one last time because it’s a 30 day notice they need before I cancel. So I didn’t have time to make an appointment with all the moving I had to do and asked if they can refund me my $70 since I wouldn’t be able to use the service. The declined and opted to keep my money even though it’s no use to me. Horrible customer assistance.. why keep my money if I can’t use the service. If you go there I suggest you stay away from their memberships or ask about everything before you sign up.

I went to Waxing The City due to a lost bet. I havent been that exposed since basic training and havent had anyone get that close to my prison wallet since I was a baby 30 years ago. Not gonna lie, it wasnt bad, it looked great, feels great and I have never wanted to be in my birthday suit more!

I was a member for the past 2 years, never had a consistent cerologist, inconsistent service results, and the membership and products arent worth the high prices. Also, if you have to reschedule you will more than likely have to wait another month to get in, its all about numbers and sales, not about customer service or satisfaction at all.

The staff is super friendly however every time I get a Brazilian wax they always miss some hairs on the inner sides It never fails even when I do tell them But the only person that did a really good job and didn’t miss a hair she is no longer there which makes me sad but overall it’s a clean environment.

She didnt pressure me into buying their products but gave great info about them and I ended up purchasing some. Will definitely be back!

Getting a bikini wax is never fun but Brittney made it as comfortable and simple as possible. I frequented European Wax Center and this service was worlds better. The staff had some great advice for after care. It took about 30 minutes and didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would. Very clean/ great service and I’m very happy with the results!
