I had rented a pickup at another location of Enterprise, and when I went to pick it up they had nothing in there inventory. It was similar to the Seinfeld episode. However, they sent me to this location and I have to say Buffie and Robert took care of me perfectly!!! They were hands down the best people I’ve ever had to deal with renting a truck or car, and helped me out in every aspect with my rental. They are the best!!

Buffy and Robert are wonderful! My husband, Gary Vaughn, rents trucks from this Lubbock location and they always go above and beyond to help the drivers.

Seems like every time I call them they have a large order of trucks they need to fill or another company needs 10 trucks and cant help me. Tried a few times the last couple of months and every time its the same excuse, yet every time I cruise past the office they seem to have an abundance of trucks.
