Worst customer service ever. I bought a product in Tulsa Oklahoma. Customer I bought it from took it too the local Tulsa Oklahoma Saia LTL location. Lady at the Tulsa location called me said everything looks good gave me a quote for $180 said I could pay for it now or wait to pay for it when I was picked up “cash or check” only. I waited and paid for the item at pick up since it was “cash and check” only. When I pick up the item they were trying too charge me $400 plus dollars said the weight changed and the class change at the Dallas terminal. How did this change when the lady in Tulsa gave me a quote for $180 They held me hostage until I paid the $400 plus dollars. Called customer service 1-800 number they said the price is the price. I could file a dispute but that could take 2-4 days. I kept saying the lady working the Tulsa location said it was going to cost $180 not $400 plus. dollars. Needless to say I needed the item that day so I paid the $400 plus dollars. Emailed customer support said they couldn’t help me because I already paid for the item. You can still help me, give me a refund for the additional money I paid. Would never use them again, they held me hostage and worst customer service ever. Still waiting on my refund.....#saiasucks
Had a transfer case shipped in. By the time we realized the driver was here and coming around with our forklift he had already unloaded the Tcase. Now im being charged a inside delivery fee. he was outside. and a liftgate delivery fee. I WAS COMING WITH A FORKLIFT!!!! i tried to dispute it through them but they sent this The employees never told the driver they were going to get a forklift they just told the driver where they wanted it.
