The guy kept my weedeater for 2 months without notifying me. Had to pick it up cause he was not working on it

I recently started a new lawn service in Lubbock and of the few repair facilities I have visited this place is the poorest in terms of service to customer as opposed to service for customer - the gentleman kept focusing on his computer for at least five minutes before he looked up - I finally walked out... when waiting in line the least a worker can do is acknowledge customer - neither the lady not man did such on this visit - they take forever to answer a phone call - I personally would not recommend this business to anyone at this point

Its hard to find a good lawn equipment repair shop in this town, I will say These people are the best in town, I own and operate a small lawn business. I recently had issues with another repair shop, costed me time, money and accounts. I took my equipment over and they fixed it right up fast. Price is reasonable too. They have great customer relations and very skilled mechanics. Definitely have my business

Sorry excuse for customer service. I called about a part needed for my mower. Gave them the make, model, and part I needed. Even sent the factory sticker showing all the info. Told they would have it in a week. Didn’t happen. Told another week. Didn’t happen. Then they said they model number wasn’t for my mower. I explained to them the sticker was from my mower. Instead of admitting they made a mistake writing down the model number. I was told once again, they would have it in a week. After 3 chances and 3 weeks I contacted another company in town. I got The correct part in 7 days. 29 days before Hub City Lawn Mower Repair got the part. Hub City did call, the day after I got my part from the other company. I will never recommend Hub City Lawn Mower Repair to anyone!!!Shane Threet.

Never going back ..I took my trimmer in to have a coil put on it I was told to be ready in two days i go to pick it up after 3weeks and it is in parts. they took my trimmer completely apart i guess if i would have taken a case of beer in they would have taken better care of me

Terrible, picked up my mower, kepted it for a month, stole my new belt chatged me 400bucks foe stesling my stuff, onlt thing ng ew was a spark plug,, FTC, Federal trade Commission, has gottn this complaint.
