This gym is geared towards powerlifting, strongman, and just getting stronger! It is hardcore in that people here train hard, but it is also an extremely welcoming place! We have nothing but respect for anyone that wants to better themselves and get stronger. The owner of the gym is a great guy with a passion for strength training and helping others reach their goals. Affordable and amazing. Worth every penny!

Lone Star Strength offers the best strength training equipment and environment in Lubbock. The owner (Carlos) also trains clients for powerlifting/strongman/fitness however availability is usually limited. From the barbells to management, its hard to beat Lone Star Strength in Lubbock.

What a fantastic barbell club! They had anything and Olympic weightlifter, powerlifter, or strongman athlete would need. 24 hour access too!

Strongest gym this side of Texas. If youre a serious powerlifter or strongman, and I mean serious... this is the gym of your gyms. You wont find anything like this gym anywhere near here. Its as strong as all those gyms you dream about from YouTube and instagram. I cant say enough about it!

Was in Lubbock for work and needed a place to drop in. Carlos (owner)!was responsive and helpful.Overall LSS is a great gym and with great people. It’s a no frills place with everything you need for powerlifting, strongman or oly work. If you are looking to get strong and see what you are capabale of this is the place to go.Anytime I’m back for work I know where I’ll be lifting.
