We have used action glass for years at the apartment complex I work for. I called several weeks ago left two messages and no one answered. Call another local company and got me on the schedule with in 3 days. Got the bid from this company same day, and decided to have my assistant call Action Glass one more time to see if they answered. Well.... Bailey answers the phone with an attitude, told my assistant “I’ve already spoke to you people about this”. No, no one has called us back. Told my assistant that they were way too busy and it would be 4 weeks before someone could even come measure. I think Bailey needs some training on customer service. I used to love this small local company and try to use local when I can. But they have lost business for me, my properties and I will recommend the new local company to everyone who will listen.

This business provided outstanding service and the prices were the best in the area! I could tell they really care about the work, because the owner himself came out to do the bid on the project. The Owners brother and son came out to complete the work. They were fast, courteous, and the work was impeccable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast, and cost-effective work done.

They did a great job installing two shower doors at our previous house. They worked with us to make sure we got the color and pattern we wanted. Looking forward to getting shower doors installed in our new house soon.

Action Glass is amazing! Our dog broke a front window and Action Glass had it fixed within hours of it happening. Nice guys, friendly, fast and even the dog likes them. They did a great job securing our home quickly and for a very reasonable price. They will be our go to on glass and windows.

I gave Action Glass a call after being disappointing by their competitor twice. Action Glass is the real deal. Came and measured same day I called. Gave me a real reasonable quote the next day. Glass came in quicker than they estimated. Installation was phenomenal and quick. The owner always made sure to ask questions on layout and expectations. Its refreshing to find great customer service in a construction related industry, as its so rare these days. Will definitely call them first on our next project!

Great company and good people. I had a small window at my house repaired and I called several companies in town. Action Glass was able to get to it before any of the others and they had cheaper prices. They were professional and polite and understood my stupid decision to break a window to get in my own house when I was locked out. They made me feel comfortable even though I felt like an idiot. I called to let Belinda know how pleased I was and she said it was our pleasure. I thought that was a thoughtful comment. I would definitely recommend them.

Been over two weeks and they still havent come after I was told theyd be done last week. The only communication Ive received is when I called and asked and they still didnt seem very worried about fixing my order. I would never go thru them again or recommend them to anyone. Apparently people before me have had good experience so Im not sure if theyve just gone downhill or are just brushing me off because Im a college student. Regardless check into someone else if you can.
