Select Staff here in Lubbock, TX, has always treated me great! A day after my interview with upbeat Alyssa, she quickly placed me at a job! I was surprised and pleased to get her call telling me to get to work. In the past, Lezleigh helped me with work and I found my conversations and interactions with her to be very beneficial and friendly. All the girls there are helpful and uplifting, especially Alyssa! I am so glad to have met her!!

They only care about the money of the Clients not the employees they go back on there word and if you and clients dont work they back out on you I was told they wasnt going to help me no more because the job the sent me to wasnt a good fit for me I thought they suppose to be there until you find what fits you even though one of the select staff members was there to see how there client treat there employees they still take up for them there quality on employees isnt enough and if they even call me back wouldnt go back and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to go through this treatment either

So I went in today for an interview with Amber. I was told to bring in my resume and two forms of ID which I did. We chatted abit via phone and I’m assuming she was trying to place me at an accounting firm which I have no experience or idea about. Needless to say she didn’t collect the documents I brought so I knew I wouldn’t be hired. I’ve tried them about 5 years ago and it was the same way. I felt so uncomfortable there. NEVER AGAIN.

They sent me to go work for Shearers foods and went out there last Monday for 7:45am orientation class and got told that the date was changed, select a staff knew they changed the date the Friday before and didnt call to give me a heads up so the orientation was set for 7:45am on 6-18-18 well went up there and was told they didnt need us this week and they told select a staff last week but never got a damn call from them. I wasted my fiances gas taking to and from Shearers foods within a week. Im not to thrilled select a staff didnt seem to care that people wasted gas when they could have called I would not reccrecom going there for a damn Job again! Always giving you the run around and when people need a job youd expect them to help. Nope WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE PERIOD.

I has posted good about this job in the past and I take it all back since I’ve been working for these guys in both a full time job and temp jobs on the side I have realized they are terrible at this 2 times I have been told wrong things by them such as my pay for what I am doing for example I had a job where it was gonna be a 1day thing that I was supposed to get paid 12$ a hour so I did the job waited the week for the paycheck and when it came down to I got 12 because they 12$ they said I was getting paid was actually 8 but they tell me this after I did the job after I waited the week to get paid so I have no control they are very unorganized not helpful at all just all around a bad company

If you cant work full-time or are a student with morning classes, dont bother. I called a few days in advance and scheduled an appt not knowing Id be wasting my time. Came in on time and I didnt have the appt until almost 45mins after walking in(had to fill out an application but finished it in 5 mins). Cassandra was very rude and ushered me out the door as soon as she didnt have an opening. It seemed they only wanted to gossip and get money from whatever companies. Would NEVER go back, let alone recommend.

I just got off the phone with them, and what they said was The posting we put online are NOT available, we simply put those posting so we can recruit people.So then I said basically youre luring people in with fake jobs postings.She then started denying what she had just said, and then turned the situation around as if I was being hostile.So if you see an opening that select staff has they are using a fake job posting so they can have you in the system to meet their daily quota.Do NOT trust Select Staff

The staff is extremely rude and not helpful. Every time I call to inquire about available jobs, they just tell me there isn’t anything available without even asking my name or information to check the system. I’ve seen online that there are open positions but they will just tell me they don’t have anything. They do not keep in contact with you and they treat you as though you are a nuisance. Do not waste your time.

These people suck they couldnt even pay my husband for the time that he worked they just giving him the run around they should be on the news because one of the ladys said that nobody can do anything bout it whatever publicity will make yall look so bad so yall will eventually not get anyone to come to yall!!!
