Grw a service reasonable prices,friendly drivers 5 stars

Company has been late more than once, even though they had prior notice. Then they had the nerve to place the blame on us. Very unprofessional.Everyone has a bad day occasionally, and that includes West Texas Cab. They have bent over backwards to rectify the issue of my complaint. As of this writing, I would highly recommend the company to anyone. As long as the communication lines stay open their service is great.Five stars for West Texas Cab Company!

Never will call them again they have terrible service

The cab ride to the airport was the most uncomfortable car ride of my life. It reeked of smoke, the driver was playing screamo music, and his phone was getting a lot of texts where his text-tone was a freakin baby giggle. It was really creepy. Towards the end of the drive he was taking both hands off the wheel to move his gps from his left to his right, all the while swerving everywhere. Don’t use this service… go yellow cab.

Show up on time and there available all hours and not once wat wat type of payment untill your at your destination keep it up west cab

They provide a much needed service with good manners, safe driving, and a lot of times good conversation.They can make all kinds of new ride services like uber but I will stay with this cab company.Reliable and the vehicle is always nice.Im grateful. :)

Yellow cab was good but one cab wouldve been good but she was a bit scattered

Came way outside of town and gave me a ride after I had car trouble and had an important Sunday service to attend. Would highly recommend

Called for a cab about 7:10am its now 8:13 and they still havent showed up the lady that answered the phone was so rude she answer the phone like yeah and they say they not busy at this time I should have walk I had a Dr appointment at 8:am the give you a 15min grace and it took them an hour and 5 min and still didnt come. I wouldnt recommend West Texas cab for nothing

My son needed to go to the airport at 5AM on a Friday. I was able to make the reservation ahead of time and warn him to answer the phone because they did call when they were on their way. They were on time, friendly, conversational, and professional. Will use them again.

I wouldnt walk to my destination in freezing weather than use this company.

I love this company. The only bad thing I can say is that the can drivers will sit and watch a woman struggle with heavy items before they will budge. Took me 2 trips and I could barely lift the bags. But other than that they are friendly and always show up and call prior to arrival. And dispatcher is friendly as well!!

The ONLY regret I have is Im limited in the amount of stars I can give them!!! Fast friendly service is not just a cliche with these folks! They take their job seriously with a sense of pride in EVERY driver Ive met that is rarely seen anymore!

Always on time or even early for pick up. Friendly drivers and caring one too. James is funny and great kept me calm while taking me to the er to be with my sick daughter.

My cab driver was very nice and so was the person that answered the phone. Great people and I highly recommend them.

Exceptional customer service! From the time i called to request a ride, to being picked up and the 10mile drive, someone from the company was in contact with me the whole time. James called me when he was on his way then called again when he was 3 blocks away. James was so friendly and arrived EARLY. After conversating for a bit, i learned James stayed after his shift to give me a ride, and someone giving up their free/sleep time means a lot to me and tells you so much about how much they value their customers. I will be using this company again whenever my vehicle is out of commission. Thanks again, James for such great service!

Middle of the night no uber no shmuber and not 1 taxi company answers the phone. In the freezing cold, West Texas Cab were quick to answer. Brennon called me immediately and asured me hes on his way. I was shivering almost in shock . He gave me a great rate and didnt take advantage of my situation. Thank you! Brennon for literally saving my life...

My car broke down and I called and reserved a pickup early in the day to take me home after work and West Texas Cab company never showed up. No Call, No Show! Unreliable! Their receptionist assured me that I would receive a call prior to pickup, nope! She couldnt quote their basic rates either.Thank God for a helpful coworker who gave me a last minute lift home! Worst cab company in Lubbock, or maybe even Texas!

Never using them again $16 to go 2.3 miles to my house and store right around the corner then the driver was rude and didnt even talk polite or say hi or goodbye or ur welcome . whatever u do DoNOT USE THIS SERCICE IM FURIOUS .

Extremely unprofessional. Not on time. Keep giving false times. A few minutes ago, said they will be there in 5 minutes, then said 10 minutes.... I mean, seriously man? Not sure who is writing these good reviews - may be paid reviewers or their friends.

I just wish they would call u when there running before i placed a ride i asked how long the wait was he said 35min and ended up waiting 2 1/2hrs
