I was shopping for a copier/printer/scanner/fax for my office and I got a great deal on a machine and a monthly service agreement. I was able to save significantly on both the copier and the service agreement compared to one of their local competitors. The service agreement covered toner, labor, parts, repairs all of which they deliver and perform in office, That gives me convenience and peace of mind as well as significant cost savings as compared to getting that from a big box store or a local competitor office machine place.

Im incredibly biased as I do work here. We arent perfect but truly, who is? That said we try to do our absolute best to match customers to the copiers/faxes that will best suit thier needs in todays business environment.

I have a HP C7250 that was having ink system failure problems, would not scan and the photo paper tray would not pull out, it was also very dusty inside and out. Took it to Dataline to be cleaned up and fixed, 3 days later I get it back take it home look it over and hook it up, still dirty/ dusty, same exact problems, they call me to tell me about a hard reset option and I explain that it has the same problems and has not been cleaned up at all, they get very defensive man tells me oh well you just need to by a new one, these printers are disposable, not meant for more than a year. So $135 later I still have a dead printer. Will never ever use this business again.
