The suburban has not been this clean since it was new! The windows are so clean you hardly even know they are there! We had recently took a trip to the beach and it was full of sand and smelled awful. When they were done cleaning there was no trace of sand and there was a nice clean smell. It was not just covered up with a heavy scent. He did not over charge, was very professional, polite and arrived when he said he would. I highly recommend Mr. Flores and will be a regular customer.

I have an Altima I am prepping for sale, and I reached out to this business for detailing. Jose was easy to communicate with via text for an appointment, and was very flexible with times! They did an amazing job on my vehicle, and even cleaned up the engine to make it extra nice for sale. The convenience of them being mobile is unmatched. I set up an appointment a week in advance. The morning of the appointment I text them their ETA after they were already late. They told me their car broke down and could they come the next day. The next day they did not show up and have not responded to my text. I took two days out of the week to accommodate their schedule and I could not use my car for those two days. Two days worth of missed appointments and work. Shame on this company for not being more reliable and costing me time and money. At the very least an update text message would have been helpful.

I had recently bought a used car and wanted it cleaned professionally. These guys were easy to work with (mostly done via text), their prices were reasonable and they were quick. It was nice to have them come out to where we were instead of waiting at a shop forever. The car looks really good! They did miss a few small spots, but overall I was impressed.

Mr. H2O Mobile Wash and Detail in Lubbock, TX is the best in Lubbock! They washed and waxed my RV and I am extremely impressed by their professionalism and integrity. They are family owned and operated. They work hard. They are honest and fair. I had another detail business wax my RV before and they left swirls and water spots! But Mr. H2O removed all the swirls and water spots left by the other company. We will definitely be using Mr. H2O Mobile Wash again! They know what they are doing!

No-showed on me twice! I was inconvenienced by having to drop my son off at work at 7:00 am so we could get his car detailed. Jose had an excuse for not making it that day so I rescheduled for the next day. Well that was my bad since he had more excuses for not making it a second time. Not only did he no-show but inconvenienced me and my son. Dont waste your time!

Just had my car detailed after it had been 2 years since it had been driven around & he did an amazing job! Since it had been sitting for 2 years, you can imagine how dirty it might have been. Once he was done with it, it looked like new! I highly recommend him & his prices are really reasonable!

Wow!!! My only regret is that we didn’t take before and after pics!!! The interior had been “loved” by two preschoolers for three years. After only 1 1/2 hours, it was showroom spotless!

Best Wax job my corvette has ever had! My car is black and it had swirls, and light scratches from other detail guys. Mr. H2O left it looking like it had a brand new paint job!!!! It still looks like glass! All my friends thought I went and got my car repainted but I didnt because Mr. H2O left it looking amazing!!!!

I called Mr. H20 at around 10:00 on a Friday morning to ask if they could wash my 1959 Ford Thunderbird. They were here before 1:00 and let me know they were on the way. When they arrived, they were so friendly and polite and asked all the right questions about washing a classic car (which made me feel so much better about letting someone else work on the car). They took their time and the car looked beautiful when they were done. He showed me some spots on the car that need wax because of oxidation (he certainly wasnt trying to sell me something extra -- rather, he was concerned about the car) and explained what he could do to fix it. This husband and wife team works HARD and I will be calling them again soon to detail the classic car and my other other vehicle. Very impressed!

I have never had a car detailed, but I spilled a bunch of soda on the carpet. And boy does my 15 year old car look 10 years newer! These guys were awesome and they came the same day I called!

Beyond impressed!! Jose and his Wife did an amazing job! We purchased a used car for our daughter that Im pretty sure had previously belonged to a hundred year old dog owning chain smoker and was absolutely disgusting inside. They managed to not only remove the awful stench but the soot (tar?!?) stains off the headliner and is now a vehicle Im proud to have our kid drive. The prices were exceptionally resonable and its obvious they have pride in their work and business. Honest and stand up people, straight shooter who doesnt try to upsell services and make empty promises. Will recommened to anyone who asks and will definitely use again!

Car looked brand new! They got a stain out that I bought the car with And I thought would never come out.

My house unfortunately was egged this summer. MrH2O worked us in the schedule that evening. They were on time and did great work in getting the stink and stains off our brick and stone. More than fair pricing! Honest company.

Unless you have 2 months to waste then I don’t recommend this business. He won’t work with your schedule, then when it comes time to the appointment he leaves you high and dry and nowhere in sight. Very frustrating, a waste of time, and certainly a waste of energy.

He does not stand behind his work his word is no good washed and waxed the hood and trunk on my 1977 Cadillac told me it would last a real long time less than 1 month later you could not tell trunk had been waxed said he would redo it even offered to pay him never showed up refused to answer my calls I would never use this BOY again
