Distinguished Details came highly recommended to me for ceramic coating, which definitely lived up to the hype! I drove my Ford Raptor to their shop in Lubbock from Midland-Odessa area. Not too far away for Permian folks. I called in before hand and spoke to a representative who was able to answer all of my questions and put me on the schedule. The DD team was standing by as soon as I rolled into the parking lot. They completed the work with a high degree of quality, punctuality (took about a day & a half), and professionalism. Their shop was what you might expect--very clean, organized, with episodes from the Baha playing on the TV to smooth jams. I was very impressed. The DD team doesnt leave you hanging after the ceramic coating is applied. They provided a booklet and personal tutorial on how to maintain the ceramic coating. Also gave me recommendations for car washers in Midland-Odessa who know their way around ceramic coat maintenance. The value added through personalization is worth every penny. Give them a call!

I recently had my car detailed with Quinn and his crew at Distinguished Detail. This was the first time I have had anyone other than myself wash or detail my car. My car isnt the fanciest vehicle around, but I go out of my way to take care of it so it will last a long time and look good for as long as possible. Regardless, it is hard for me to trust anyone with touching or cleaning my car and I have been doing it myself for a long time but wanted to save myself a backache. I know that if you are reading this review and are looking for someone to take care of your baby, you are probably like me and very choosy and careful when it comes to your car. And I have to say, immediately after the wash and for the last few days, I remain incredibly impressed!Quinn took the time to explain that they use a two bucket wash method and as my car has a full front PPF, they are very careful not to peel or damage the edges of the film. After receiving my car back, I can testify they did such a high quality job; I am incredibly wary of swirls and scuffs on the car and their wash and detail made the paint pop and glisten. They take care to avoid swirls, and in the Lubbock sun, I saw that they took excellent care! My car was quite dirty and dusty (not soiled or caked in mud as cars sometimes tend to do out here in Lubbock) but after coming here, to me the car looks as new as the day I bought it. Perhaps even better!Speaking to Quinn, you can tell he is very enthusiastic about his work and passionate about the services he offers and the industry he is in. Him and his crew are EXACTLY the type of folks you want working on your hard earned vehicle. After the work performed, I can tell anyone reading this review that I trust Distinguished Detail with my vehicle.I have posted some photos of the car just after the wash and detailing, and a few from cars and coffee the day after the wash to show off his work. After speaking to him, I was confident this is the place for a proper wash and detail, and after seeing the work, I am sold that these are the guys to work on ALL my vehicles. I plan to get a paint correction and full ceramic coating with Distinguished Detail, and if their work on just washing my car is any indication, I am thrilled to see what they will do next with it!

Unbelievable job removing hard water stains caused by my sprinkler. The car looks amazing and the paint is so smooth. Quinn is a very down to earth and kind hearted person. They take pride in their work and it shows. Highly recommend.

Beyond upset with my purchase of their ceramic treatment . My hydrophobic ceramic coating lasted 2 rains in way under a month. Following their maintenance guide using Shine supply products as recommended, I can tell you that I have no remnant of any sort of coating whatsoever. Etching from rain and bird droppings happen effortlessly. Now Im out close to a $1000 and nothing to show for it. Either I got scammed or they just did not apply it correctly.

I took my very dirty work truck into this company after having spoken to the manager about what they had to offer. When I arrived at my appointment, I was met by a very nice young man who asked me to perform a walk through of what I wanted cleaned in/on my truck. I received a full interior, exterior and engine-bay detail. It had been a long time since it was last cleaned. Most people reading this will understand the dust issues we face here in W. TX. The job performed was perfect! I could not believe my eyes when they pulled my truck out of their garage looking like it did!!! I was again provided another walk through explaining all the of the work they had completed. I am delighted! Bonus: The charge for the work came in a tad under the price they originally quoted to me. Very pleased with Quinns job! He did amazing on my truck, I have never seen the paint as glossy like it was after he finished! The inside of my truck looked better than when I drove it off the dealership lot! Highly highly recommend him, not only for his work, but for his customer service all around. I purchased a black 2012 Mercedes Benz C250 that was in mint condition except the paint had severe swirl marks in the clear coat. I had Quinn do a stage 1 paint restoration with a 5 year Ceramicoat. The results were absolutely astounding! This was a way less expensive than a new paint job and looks just fabulous! Quinn in very professional and takes great pride in his work. He was willing to explain the entire process to me and answer any and all questions I had. He obviously believes in his product. I do not think I will ever purchase a new car again without having a protective Ceramicoat applied immediately after. The benefits are just too numerous to deny.

I took my 2019 Leisure Travel RV into Distinguished Details to have clear PPF and Ceramic coating applied. I also had a deadline of 4 days to get it all done. Quinn and his team did an amazing job and met my deadline. They are true professionals who obviously take great pride in their work. Quinn also spent a good deal of time with me explaining the process and products to maintain my RVs new finish. I am extremely happy with the work they did and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get and keep their vehicle looking great!

My husband had the ceramic coating and color correction put on his new car, and OMG it looks amazing! It just completely changed the look of the car, the paint is so much more vibrant and every detail stands out more! It shines in every direction! The ceramic coating is a must if you want to protect your car and keep the car looking new! Quinn and his team are professional and explained everything in detail about the process of how to preserve the coating and information on what not to do. They even offer a mobile wash service that is fantastic and merchandise is available in store for purchase!

Had an awesome experience getting my wheels ceramic coated yesterday. Easy process. Drop off... come back when ready and you’re good to go. Have been watching their Instagram for a while now and finally decided to get in. Didn’t disappoint!

I stopped in to see if they could remove some paint on car. A young man tried and it didn’t comes off. I asked if I brought it in and left it with them. He himhawed around and said they were pretty busy today. I said I could make an appointment and leave it with them. He just said they were booked all week. It was clear they didn’t want to fool with it. I guess it was not a big enough job. The way I was treated, they will never get a big job from me. If he would have just told me first appointment was three or four weeks out, that would have been fine, instead, just acted unconcerned about me or my job

The ONLY business my husband trusts with his car! Quinn and his team ceramic coated his Camaro ZL1 1LE after it received paint protection film and they take care of all the maintenance details. Words cannot describe what a difference this type of service makes in the appearance of the car and how much easier the car is to care for at home. They detailed my sons Ram Rebel earlier in this week. After showing livestock all throughout high school it was definitely time for a makeover! Four years old and close to 80k miles and the truck looks better than it did on the showroom floor! Their attention to detail is simply unmatched. This was my first wash with Distinguished Details. Quinn detailed my jeep and wow what a difference! I went with his recommendation of his level 2 package recommended for new customers and added the C-Quartz ceramic coating. I would do it all over again. My paint looks better than new and the inside is immaculate! The attention to detail Quinn puts in is second to none. If you want your vehicle to look like it just came off the showroom floor, Distinguished Details is the place.

I have taken two of my vehicles to DD and have been pleased with the results. The service is great, helpful, and friendly. One job was a full external/internal detail with ceramic coating and the other was a full preventative internal leather and cloth plus ceramic coat.

We had a 1990 Corvette ZR1 (black) that hadn’t been properly maintained for decades.There were swirls, scratches, and many types of contaminants on the paints surface.I believed in Distinguished Details to restore the paint and make the car look super glossy. Quinn did an excellent job working on it. It’s already tough to make black cars look good in West Texas and I am very impressed with the outcome.We had the corvette treated with ceramic pro coating and I highly recommend others to do the same.Thanks again Distinguished Details!

Absolutely incredible! WAY beyond my expectations! I got level 3 because a cat peed in my car and it was horrible. I really only wanted the steam clean because I think I maintain my car relatively we I wipe down the leather and vinyl every week or two but when I got my car back it looked phenomenal. I guess I didnt notice my seats getting a shade lighter or the tiny crumbs that looked like dust in my floor mats. I will definitely be using this place again as often as I can!

My black trucks paint was full of swirls and marks from all of the bad decisions to take it through automatic washes. Quinn and the crew were able to get just about all imperfections out of the paint with their Healthy Rejuvenation Service. Attention to detail is top notch. Quinn worked on my Civic and he took great care of it. My car is brand new but after the detailing and ceramic coating done by Quinn the car was on a whole new level. I never saw the color pop out at this level even after taking the delivery. Quinn did his best and I couldnt be any happier. Check him out. I dont think anyone works at the level he does here in lubbock. Btw, his communication with his customers is extraordinarily good. You wont understand until and unless you actually speak with him. QGM Services goes above and beyond to get the job done well! Quinn is cleaning my Tahoe on a regular basis and it looks great! He was even able to make Kidville in the back seat look clean and sparkly. I would (and do) recommend QGM to all my friends.

I have had Quinn power wash my Camaro twice now and he just does an awesome job. He does a very good job cleaning the interior and exterior leaving it spotless in almost an hour. I can honestly say that every dollar spent is worth spending compared to other automatic car washes where theres still bugs on the windshield and water running just about every where. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a well done job at a fair price.
