We have been using this company for a couple of years and I have never seen such bad customer service. When I call, the people I need to speak to are never in the office and no one ever returns my calls. When Ive called, the people answering the phones are of no help ever and are very rude. I finally chose to stop using them because they could care less that I had questions or needed their help, I never had complaints I just needed help with our account each time I have tried to contact them and even at this no help. Not a good company if youre looking for good customer service or accessibility to their staff.

We used this shredding service in June of 2012. We had closed out a business and had MANY documents that needed shredding. Because all of our various numbers and names and addresses of customers were on those papers, we wanted to WATCH the shredding process to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. We stood and watched as the papers were loaded onto the conveyor belt and watched as they were shredded as we chatted with the guy who was supervising. We asked where the shreds were going and he said that recycling trucks picked them up and depending on the kind of paper that was being shredded, would take the shreds to be reused in various ways. It was a very satisfactory way to get rid of papers that did not need to be scattered to the winds. A phone call to the office can answer any question you may have. All employees were very polite and willing to help.

I have only used this company once, but will not use them again. Customer service is very poor. They acted like the fact I was there to have my papers shredded was an inconvenience. Also, difficult to find where you need to go once you are there.
