I officiated a wedding here for the first time Ive occurred 100+ weddings and I must say, this was one of the nicer babies. A lot of that is attributed to the couple though as when you rent the space, it doesnt come with anything more than tables and chairs. Very rich history in the building though...ornate attention to detail at every turn! Great place.

This venue is stunning! We were thrilled our date was available! The nicest people to work with and the price for our rental was a bargain.

An iconic loft style location, with lots of room. Already quite nice with great AV set up around every wall, state of the art HVAC, and seperate attached kitchenette. Can be done up to be quite spectacular. Unique in that the reception hall is huge, and because The Grand is upstairs, theatre style entry from the stairs can be taken advantage of too. Perfect to hold an business presentation, wedding shower, or any event situated on the rustic red brick roads in beautiful downtown Lubbock.
