Hit an icy patch on road in my Ford F150 while pulling a utility trailer carrying 2 motorcycles. Ended up in a field. Insurance dispatched LADS. The gentleman that arrived first made sure we were ok. Then had us get in truck to stay warm while he handled everything. Very positive experience. Would definitely use LADS again.

I am never one to right a review. I hate Karen’s. But this review is about a Karen. I Got referred to this company to get my truck towed to a collision center. I was just asking about price and she said it depends on how far it’s going. I said it would be going from my house in Lubbock 8 miles to a body shop. She said “I don’t know where your house is” in such a rude snarky way. I don’t know why the front desk ladies at towing companies always have to be so rude but they always are.

Transmission went out on my truck and I was able to get them on the phone and they arrived shortly after, Great response time & Great service, Tommy was awesome. Very polite and respectful and did an outstanding JOB!!! I highly recommend them!!

Some really nice and helpful people working at this place. Will definitely call and use them in the future.

The office lady was quite rude over phone. If you do not like your job, maybe just quit? The guy who picked us up (Daniel) however, was very sweet, caring and efficient.

After calling several wrecker services turned me down, I called Lads. I had a very good experience with Lads Wrecker last night, 08/09/19. The lady dispatcher was very knowledgeable, understanding, and considerate. The wrecker driver did his job very well. If I ever need a wrecker again I will call Lads.

I had Lad’s tow my car. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. She gave me a quote for the tow and then set it up for them to come pick it up. The man who towed the car was very respectful, polite, funny, and kind. He was very quick, and did an excellent job with my car. He also shared some knowledge with me about my car in case my battery ever died! The prices are very reasonable as well! Great experience!

Just called them to inquire service and the lady was rude. I asked a question and told her the urgency of us getting us towed. We were in the middle of the road. She told me to just shop around and hung up on me.
