Called my insurance adjuster to complete a collision claim and get a rental car. I am in Lubbock and made it very clear, yet my idiot adjuster sent my rental reservation to League City. I am now forced to wait 3 hours for a rental and miss work. We just switched from progressive and honestly I can say it was the biggest mistake ever.

I dropped Liberty Mutual because they went up $400.00 two years in a row without any accidents or tickets...Im sick of their false commercials...guess they had to raise my rate to pay for commercials.

Contact on the local level. The 800 number is just a bunch of telephone answers. Trust me, local is best.
