I have never found an insurance company that is so helpful and kind. They are quick to help you with what you need done. They are kind about it and very professional. I am genuinely surprised at how easy it is to work with these guys. I loved out of Lubbock and I still use this office I’ve anyone else.

Have had terrible service from here. Did not get the proper coverage I requested which lead me to be without a rental vehicle on two separate occasions while my vehicle was in the shop. They faulted me for the issues and were very unkind and unsympathetic to me. As a working mother of two children I rely on my vehicle. Never heard back from my agent who was supposedly looking into the issue. Am currently looking for a new insurance company.

My experience in obtaining insurance coverage on my house and car from Allstate Insurance (Danny Sellers, Agent) was very pleasant. His office was very helpful and efficient. I anticipate that I will be very satisfied with his service in the event I ever have a claim.

Moving to Texas from another state. Have had many years with Allstate and, so far, this agency has been very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Not sure why this guy keeps sending me unsolicited quotes that are way higher than my current insurance company. In fact, I had Allstate many years ago and was very unhappy.
