Danny Leake has provided part of my familys health insurance needs for a couple of decades now without a problem at all. A few months ago about my 70th Birthday, there was a complicated issue that caused some complicated questions. I called Dannys office and requested that he call State Farms head office and provide me with a letter of clarification about my policy. A few days later, Danny called me to his office and spent substantial time answering some complicated questions to allow me to make a crucial educated decision on how I should proceed to provide my family with the security for which I purchased the policy to begin with.I can just imagine the answer I would have received if I had purchased my policy from an internet company where they provided you with a chat line or a $9.00 an hour AGENT in San Francisco to give me an answer of some kind..... When Mr Leake was my insurance agent, he provided very poor service. Due to that fact I cancelled my policy. I now have discovered he invented a claim and placed it on my insurance history which is accessible to all other insurance agencies. I contacted him about this situation by e-mail. he was completely uncooperative and has blocked me from e-mailing him. I have no choice but to report him to the Texas Dept. of Insurance.I believe Mr. Leake was angry at me and placed the claim, which is not a claim, on my history out of spite and malice. Stay away from this agent.
