OMG we have been dealing with them since June. My sons car still hasnt even been repair. They need more money from the Insurance so I called the Insurance and they had no problem paying more. They sent them and email over 3 weeks ago and David Dent Repair still hasnt even called my son back to schedule an appt. Everytime we call or go up there their story is well we have been out of town. Just like today I called and she said he will be out of town for 2 weeks. Im so done with them.

I was pretty hesitant to get my car’s body work done here after getting some hail damage, but after a strong recommendation from a friend I decided to give it a shot. Turned out to be a great decision. The car looks immaculate and better than I had hoped for. But more than that, the customer service experience was excellent. Jason was super flexible with some scheduling issues of mine and still had a great turn around time. They are very trust worthy and do fantastic work. I highly recommend bringing your business here. These guys are UNBELIEVABLE!!!! So very nice and the very best work I have ever seen. I have a brand new camaro that someone so graciously slammed their door into - that left a good sized dent and scratch. I was really desperate and I needed to get this dent (the size of someones buttocks) out of my boyfriends car because I had his car when the dent happened (but it wasnt my fault, 2 stupid frat guys were fighting and one of them got pushed into my boyfriends car) anyways hes been stressing out on how to tell his parents about the dent because we were going to head back home to Frisco to visit today (may22,17) so I decided to go fix it for him because I didnt want his parents to be mad at him. So I got off of work at 8am and went to a paintless dent repair shop on slide road (I believe) and they werent as helpful as Davis dent repair. The lady looked at the dent and told me they couldnt fix it because it was too big. They didnt even try. On the other hand, Chris, the guy that helped me actually tried to get the dent out. Eventually He got the it out but it wasnt perfect but still, it was less noticeable. He charged me a reasonable price for such a short notice.He then told me to come back after my short little vaca so that he could make the area where the dent was like new because the work that had to be done was a day and a half job. I am definitely going back because they didnt turn their back on me when I needed help and plus, they were really friendly. So if yall ever need a dent repair, come to this place. Youll definitely be leaving with a smile on your face. Thank you again Chris and Davis dent repair!!
